Microgreens Growing Mat 10 x 78 inches, Jute Fiber Growing Mat, Microgreens Growing Kit, Hydroponic Cushions for Wheat, Sprouts, Seed Trays

This mat has the exact material you need for sprouts. Its fibers beak up the water tension so there is no standing water on the surface. The mat instantly saturates and wicks water to even out the moisture. My beans sprouted quickly and started to weave their roots into the mat with ease. Sprouting kits tend to be really expensive for very little material and seed. If you think you will start growing these little nutrient rich beauties, it makes a lot more sense to get this product and a bag of seeds. This roll lets you cut the bed into any shape and length you need (I used the container from a grocery store slice of cake). The ability to use just what you need will prevent wasting material and allow you to use any container you wish for your sprouts. This is a great value if you are looking to grow sprouts for nutrition and garnishing.

I love using MANOPAWS Jute Fiber Microgreens Growing Mat, 10" X 79" Seed Sprouting Mat, Hydroponic for growing cat grass. I cut it to fit the shape of the container, wet it slightly, and then sprinkle cat grass seeds all over it. The cat grass grows incredibly well on this mat. In my opinion, microgreens also thrive on it better than in soil. I live in a townhouse with a small fenced-in backyard, but I’ve created a kitty jungle with this growing mat. My cats all love it, and it makes the process so much easier. After cutting the mat to fit the container, I let it grow for about a week before putting it outside for the cats. It continues to grow and gets thicker and thicker. This has made growing microgreens much easier! I have included a picture of my tuxedo cat Mia enjoying cat grass grown on this mat.
