Got this ice bucket to use at special events that we have during the year. This gold toned stand elevates any bottle of wine or sparking cider and makes the event super upscale. The solid metal bucket sits on top of the stand or can be used by itself to hold plenty of ice long with a bottle or several smaller bottles of any beverage. Just the shiny gold makes this look very luxurious and creates the illusion of a super fancy environment. Perfect gift for someone who entertains a lot.

The thing I like about this ice bucket, is the looks. My guest think I’m so fancy when they see beauty. Now I feel like a Baratheon, if perhaps the Baratheon’s had ice, and sparkling wine. Yes I am very impressed with this ice bucket. I’ve been using it mainly for is for sparkling wine. We’ve had a couple reasons to celebrate recently and this has been a perfect excuse to use the ice bucket. The ice stayed cold for a fairly long period of time. I can’t say that it was longer than any other ice bucket I’ve seen or used, but it can compete with any other in its class. We received it well packed and everything was intact. It contains all of the hardware to assemble it, and it was very easy to assemble. It took me all of about eight minutes to put together. The bucket is not attached to the base which is nice. I’ve seen some ice buckets that are attached to the base. This makes them harder to move around and transport. Taking an ice bucket like this to any sort of event becomes trickier if you have the bucket attached to the base I really like that this one comes in two pieces. It has a good weight to it, but it’s not overly heavy. Currently, I’m keeping this ice bucket in my library, but I think it would look nice in a number of settings. I actually think that this is a really good price. You don’t have to worry about oxidation because it is stainless steel. So many pro and no cons… yes, I’m pretty happy with it. I actually think this would be a fantastic gift for an older gentleman who have everything, are impossible to shop for and who enjoy their alcoholic beverages. I maybe it’s a good gift for someone trying to decorate a space and need a clever quirky accent. I may know a few of those. I still can’t find anything wrong with this product. It’s a solid five stars.
