Don’t Recommend
Not cotton. The fabric is polyester meets spandex. Rough, shiny, and scratchy. The arms on these are extremely small and I ordered a size up.

Arms are super tight!
These are cute but the sleeves are SO narrow that we ended up cutting them off! My daughter is on the petite side and we've never had this issue. The fabric has no stretch also which didn't help with the tightness. The print is cute, colors are vivid, but I wouldn't repurchase because of the fit of the top.
