Combining pure creatine monohydrate with advanced HMB (Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate), this premium, sugar-free workout powder provides an elite ergogenic solution tailored for bodybuilders, powerlifters, and high-intensity athletes looking to break through performance plateaus. Here is why this creatine HMB monohydrate powder is a standout choice for your fitness regimen: Synergistic Creatine and HMB Matrix: The core functional benefit is the powerful dual-action formulation. While the creatine monohydrate rapidly replenishes cellular ATP stores for explosive lifting power, the integrated HMB acts as a robust anti-catabolic agent, actively preventing muscle tissue breakdown during intense, high-volume training sessions. Sugar-Free Blue Raspberry Flavoring: Moving away from standard, chalky unflavored powders or overly sweet formulas loaded with hidden carbohydrates, this supplement delivers a crisp, refreshing blue raspberry taste profile. It dissolves smoothly in cold water without leaving a gritty residue, providing an enjoyable pre- or post-workout drink. Accelerated Lean Muscle Mass Growth: Built to support clean physique goals, the clean ingredient profile drives lean muscle synthesis without unwanted water bloating or caloric excess. The precise combination helps speed up muscle fiber repair and recovery timelines, allowing you to return to full-capacity training much faster. Enhanced Cellular Energy and Stamina: Engineered to optimize high-intensity exercise endurance, the powder floods muscle cells with the necessary compounds to sustain peak power output. This increased threshold helps you push through extra repetitions, maximize structural lifting volume, and maintain high stamina levels. Standardized 30-Serving Workout Supply: Assembled with strict quality control and batch purity standards, each single-tub container provides 30 precisely calibrated servings. The pre-measured breakdown ensures consistent daily dosing, making it simple to maintain optimal muscle saturation levels throughout your weekly training cycles. Review: Good Creatine, But the “Plus” Formula Feels Mostly Optional - Overall, this is a solid creatine supplement and it performs about how I’d expect from most creatine products I’ve used in the past. The base formula appears to mainly be creatine with some added sodium and other performance-focused ingredients mixed in to create the “plus” aspect of the product. After using it for a few times, I’d say it works well, but I personally still lean toward plain creatine monohydrate. I didn’t really notice any major difference in performance, recovery, or day-to-day feeling that justified the higher cost compared to a basic creatine powder. It feels like most of the extra ingredients are more of a bonus addition than something that dramatically changes the experience. That said, the flavor is actually really enjoyable. It has a light citrus taste that’s refreshing and easy to drink without being overly sweet or artificial tasting. It mixes well and reminds me a lot of other higher-end flavored creatine powders I’ve tried. I also appreciate that it’s easy on the stomach and simple to incorporate into a normal routine. If you already like flavored workout supplements and want something a little more interesting than unflavored creatine monohydrate, this is definitely a nice option to have around. Overall, I think this is a good product that works exactly as intended. My only real criticism is the value proposition of "plus". The added ingredients didn’t personally move the needle enough for me to justify the increased price over standard creatine monohydrate. Still, it tastes good, mixes well, and performs properly, so I’d give it four stars.

Great formula, trusted brand
I picked this up because I already use this brand’s protein powders and have had a really good experience with them, so I felt comfortable trying their creatine. I’m currently focused on building muscle as part of my health and wellness routine, so adding creatine was intentional—not random. Right away, I liked that this isn’t just plain creatine. It’s a combination formula with 5g of creatine monohydrate and 3g of HMB, which is geared more toward muscle building and muscle retention, not just performance. 🛠️ Performance / Use I’ve started using it and the flavor is actually really good— which can sometimes be an issue with supplements like this. It mixes well with water and doesn’t leave a gritty texture, so it’s easy to take consistently. What I like about this setup is that it simplifies things. Instead of taking creatine and then trying to figure out what else to add for recovery or muscle support, this already combines a few key ingredients in one scoop. The 5g creatine dose is right where it should be, and the added HMB is a nice bonus for supporting muscle preservation, especially if you’re training regularly. 🤔 Things to Consider This is a combination product, so if you’re someone who prefers to control and separate your supplements individually, this may feel less flexible than using straight creatine alone. Also, since it’s flavored, you’ll want to make sure that works with how you normally take your supplements. ✅ Pros Full 5g dose of creatine monohydrate per serving Includes HMB for added muscle support and recovery Good flavor, texture, and mixes well Mixes well without grit Convenient all-in-one formula ⚠️ Cons / Things to Know Combination formula means less control over individual ingredient dosing Flavored (may not suit those who prefer unflavored supplements) Includes added ingredients that may not be necessary for everyone 💡 Overall Verdict If you’re already planning to take creatine and are focused on building and maintaining muscle, this is a well-thought-out formula that covers more than just the basics. For me, it made sense as an easy add-on to what I’m already doing, especially since I trust the brand. It’s a good option if you want something straightforward and effective without having to piece multiple supplements together.

Great taste tho
Don’t put gummies on the packaging if there not gummies . Should’ve read it closer but it’s misleading

A good creatine powder with a decent flavor
I try to be as unbiased as I can when it comes to reviews, but there are times my personal preferences are going to come into play. So, to be upfront, the loss of a star - for me - is due to the flavor. This tastes fine. Definitely "Citrus Slush" fits what I taste. It's just that, personally, I want creatine that has no flavor added, so I can mix it into the drink with the flavor I want. So, if you prefer Citrus Slush, then this is a five-star mix for you. I just don't happen to, and I don't think I'm alone in preferring "plain" creatine. That being said, though, everything else is great. The powder dissolves well. It adds no texture to your drink. It has no digestive side effects. It has been a good part of my creatine use, which I am taking for the positive mental effects and, to a lessor degree, to stave off muscle deteriorization. The additional "Plus" aspects seem... maybe unnecessary, but not useless. I definitely feel like this adds mental energy to my day, and how much of that is genuine and how much is placebo doesn't matter much to me.

All-Arounder
Creatine--some claim it's good for workouts, some claim it's good for your brain, others claim it's good for your whole body. You know what's good? The marketing for creatine! Your friends at RAW are aware of that and have put out this Sour Watermelon Creatine Plus supplement. Right off the bat I will say that this supplement is a winner on taste. All I want out of a powdered supplement (besides that it works) is that it doesn't taste like bathtub chemicals. RAW not only avoids that with its sour watermelon flavor, but dare I say it, it actually tastes good. It's not overly sweet, it's not overly chemically, and it's actually kind of refreshing. It mixes up easily, too, with minimal powder "mushroom cloud" if you're reasonably careful! Now on to what's in it. Per suggested serving, you're getting 5g of creatine monohydrate, 3g of calcium, 2g of Taurine for hydration and "cellular balance," and 500mg of CreaSol. That's a patented formulation of tyrosol, an olive oil substance that supposedly enhances the effectiveness of the creatine. You get approximately 30 servings per container if your measuring/scooping skills are up to par. It's too soon to comment on whether it "works" for me. I can tell you it's easy to take. I can also tell you that RAW is an established business located in the U.S. (Florida), so this isn't a shed in someone's backyard where they are just mixing random ingredients together. As I have often commented, the world of supplements is quite shadowy, so I'm always pleased when the supplier/manufacturer is a reputable business. In my book, that makes this product a definite buy for me.

Tastes Good, Works Good
I’ve been lifting consistently for years and have tried a bunch of different creatines, but this RAW Creatine Plus with HMB is next level. First off, the Citrus Slush flavor is legitimately good. It mixes super smooth in water — no gritty texture at all, which is huge for me because I hate chunky creatine. It has a refreshing, slightly sweet lemon-lime slushy taste that actually makes me look forward to drinking it post-workout. No weird aftertaste, and zero added sugar, which is perfect. The 5g creatine monohydrate is doing its job with the strength and muscle fullness. The 3g Calcium HMB seems to be helping with recovery — I’m not as sore the day after heavy leg days or intense push/pull sessions. That 500mg CREASOL™ plus the taurine gives me this clean, sustained energy without any jitters or crash. I’m seeing better pumps, pushing a little more weight each week, and my body composition is leaning out while still putting on size. At 41 years old, that recovery edge is a game-changer. I’ve been consistent with it every day (even on rest days) and I can tell the difference compared to plain creatine I used before. The tub looks clean, the scoop is accurate, and 30 servings is a perfect size to try it out without committing to a massive container. Also love that it’s Informed-Sport certified — peace of mind knowing it’s third-party tested. If you’re serious about building muscle, getting stronger, and actually recovering properly, do yourself a favor and grab this..

Different way to get your creatine!
I’ve used regular creatine monohydrate for a long time, so I was curious whether the added HMB/CREASOL would make a noticeable difference. After giving it a couple weeks, I can honestly can’t say I didn’t notice anything dramatically different compared to standard creatine alone. My recovery and performance felt about the same overall & really just unchanged. That said, the product itself isn’t bad. It mixed well & the flavor tasted good, similar to a pre workout. Personally, I still prefer unflavored creatine because it’s easier to throw into protein shakes or other drinks without changing the taste. With this flavored version, it felt like a pre workout even though it’s not and that was just hard to get used to. If you specifically wanted to try a new variant of creatine, this could still be worth checking out. For me though, I’ll probably stick with the regular unflavored creatine monohydrate going forward since it’s most versatile & delivers consistent results for me!
