I was really confused if i should go with this machine because it was really cheap compared to other brands but i am really happy with the machine. Perfect machine for a very cheap price. Does the job perfectly...Go for it without any second thought...

Awesome washer for budget. Unbelievable performance. Must buy. After Using for a week im writing this review. Its a absolutely a perfect machine under this budget. Just make sure to place your machine in stable condition otherwise it shakes too much while spinning.

NOT MORE THAN 3 or 4 WASHES OVER. NOW MACHINE DOESN'T SPIN FOR CERTAIN SELECTIONS. MOTOR PRODUCES HUGE NOISE. ONLY CERTAIN SELECTIONS WORK. NOW I'VE TO WAIT FOR SOMETIME AND DISPOSE THIS ITEM. SINCE AMAZON INDIA DOESN'T HAVE EXCHANGE SCHEME ON ALL PRODUCTS LIKE CERTAIN E-SHOPS, I'M STUCK WITH THIS PIECE AND DEPEND ON OTHER E-SHOPS TO DISPOSE AT A MORE FAVORABLE TIME. HOPEFULLY AMAZON WILL DISCONTINUE SELLING SUCH PRODUCTS IN FUTURE. MY BROTHER OWNS A SIEMENS WASHING MACHINE WORKING GOOD FOR PAST FIVE YEARS WITHOUT A SINGLE FAULT WHATSOEVER.......HAD I BOUGHT IT INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SAVE FEW BUCKS, I WOULDN'T HAVE LOST FULL Rs.14000/- FOR THIS WASHING MACHINE.HOPEFULLY THIS IS A GOOD LESSON TO ALL GUYS AND SAVE THEM FROM LOSING MONEY LIKE I DID.

As a service technician in my youth, the brand which I used to love servicing was BPL because of its simple circuits, affordable/ easily available spares and less repeat complaints. Hence when I started looking out for a front load washing machine as my 8 year old Samsung top load had off late started to work erratic, the first name that came to my mind was BPL even though the Samsung top-load has worked flawlessly for 7 years until it encountered a voltage fluctuation. The reviews were above average making me tilt towards BPL but again there were negative reviews which I love to read to understand the issues people faced. Majority of them had cited vibration and loud noise and being a technical mind I could directly attribute it to floor levelling. Other issues cited by other users were regarding the installation and demo, which I like to do it myself and prefer every owner to do it themselves as the instructions are clearly mentioned in the manual. Also I thought that a branded company who is trying for a comeback would definitely not invest money in providing a garbage product. The purchase decision was made, come whatever may sidelining the trusted Samsung. I am writing this review post approx. 50 washes and here are my comments.1) You need to check the surface level by keeping the water level on top of the machine both ways (length and breadth) and adjust the level of the washing machine accordingly. This would help in reducing noise as well as increase life of the machine2) An extra outlet hose may be needed based on your machine placement. I used my old washing machine's drain hose3) My old Samsung had a 8A plug but this machine has a 16A plug. So it was not a direct fit. If you do not have a 16A socket, do not purchase a 6A to 18A converter adaptor. Rather purchase one meter of 3 in 1 cable, one 8A plug and a 16A socket with switch box costing approximately Rs. 300. The reason why BPL has kept a 16A plug requirement is because the washing machine has an inbuilt water heater which heats the water to 90 degrees. The 8A plug wont be able to withstand frequent use of washing clothes at 90 degrees as it will get heated up and result in electric short circuits. We plan to wash our clothes without using the heater facility or rarely at either 40 or 60 degrees hence the above adjustment. It is always advisable to consult a licensed electrician to get the above clarified.3) The first Clean Tub wash was a bit noisy but then it vanished in subsequent washes. By the 2nd or 3rd wash the machine was perfect.4) Always use Front load washing machine washing detergent. Though expensive the quantity needed is 1/3rd of the normal detergent plus it does not leave a sticky soap layer behind5) Water needed is comparatively very very less when compared to a top load machine. At first I thought there was an issue as I could not see the water in the machine once the wash cycle started. I then ran the machine without putting any clothes inside to understand the working process.5) Clothes are clean post wash. Try the 60/ 90 degree wash on white banians that seem to have slightly faded. They did come out sparkling white :)6) Finally, the machine is made in China like almost all our gadgets. I would have loved to see Made in India. Maybe we can a few years down the lineWithout a doubt..... go for it....it's worth the money invested.

It is a product with many issues.... One morning I found drum full of water. Water flowed all over spoiling the carpet. During running machine stops in between with error massage. In last 4 months it could run only twice defect free. Now it is not running at all.The worst part is their SERVICE. They COMMIT AND IGNORE. In Dec, we were told that one-part needs replacement. We yet to receive that part neither they are committing any date now. Same dialog I hear again & again. Please wait for the part …matter will be sorted out quickly. Contacted them more than 20 times almost every alternate day. They assure but do not do anything. Matter is escalated 3-4 times by them but with no success. I have talked to their senior persons (Mr. Brijesh, Mr. Darshan) also 3-4 times; apparently either they are helpless or not serious for customers like us.I NEED AMAZON’S INTERVENSION NOW.

Got the machine 2/3 days back. So far I have not washed clothes. I started the machine on my own from reading the manual. Started without any issues. Delivery was promt and pick up was easy of my exchange product. I did not schedul installation. So far ran on drum cleaning. Works fine. Very low noise. Had some water leak from inside. Don't know from where yet. Will try washing clothes and see if issue still persist. Will update then. So far good experience, except for some water leak.UPDATE: washed clothes a couple of times, no water leak like I had mentioned before. I must have spilled some water when connecting the inlet pipe. Works perfect, very low noise. Amazing product. If you are going to install on your own, make sure to remove the anchor bolts before using for the first time, they are at the back. Not removing them can damage the drum seriously.I strongly recommend to go for this product!

Product is good but installation done was very bad. Guy who came to installe it know nothing. I did the correction by reading manual. He left the drainage pipe on the floor ( must be kept 60 cm above) and all the water and detergent washed out and upon trying two three time I solved the problem with user manual. Even he didn’t even check the balance of machine and when I used it for spin mode it became a helicopter and I had to use my weight to stop the movement. Disgusting demo.

I never seen like this product , no installation service and support I called many times BPL support no one responded... worest service and support...Second thing is this product makes noise and fully jumping while spinning drum ... Not able to stand one place jumping like tractor noise....
