Amazing read And the quality if just 'fine'...go for it!

Best part of this book is the engaging story written in first person. Though the robotic monologue is ridden with info dumps about what this world is but those dumps are carefully placed through out the book and the way they are written makes you fall in love with them. Another title for the book can be "Ramblings of a free bot." The length of the story was a bummer though, just when I thought the mystery was about to unravel, the story kind of ended. The end was surprising and caught me off guard.

The basic premise of having a cyborg as the protagonist was nice. After that, there was just some very minimal story.

I could have become a mass murderer.... That's a great first line in a book. Just grabs you till the end. Since it's a small book, I read it pretty quickly. Good book. Definitely recommend it to sci-fi fans and for those who are new to the genre. Looks like a nice and easy entry into the genre.

Thoroughly enjoyed this novella. It saved me. Pulled me out from a reading slump and into its addictive world! Also an good book for anyone just getting into scifi.

This is a ridiculously fun book to read. It is really just a novella but boy is it great. Other books in this series are more expensive but even by itself, it is satiating enough and can choose to wait for accumulating the rest of the series.

I liked the pessimistic robot’s thoughts. It was entertaining. Reminded me of Marvin, the robot from hitchhiker series. What I dint like was toward the end of book one, the story has become unnecessarily dramatic or weak. I’d recommend the first half of the book to a fellow traveler to pass time And to know a new fantasy world.
