Great hair growth oil
I got this because I had some thinning along my hair line and wanted my many "baby hairs" to stop sticking up all over the place and needed something to help them grow. It's only been a month in, but I can already tell it is working. What I do is every night when I am doing my nightly routine washing my face/brushing teeth I first wash my face/get all my makeup off, and once I have used my cleanser then washed off I use this. I use this before putting my toner and serums on. I apply it all along the hairline and since this bottle comes with a dropper, it makes it precise and helps it not go everywhere. After I apply a few drops all along my hairline on my forehead I gently rub it in with my fingertips and then take a brow brush or brow spool and brush it in and back like im going to put my hair in a ponytail. I let that sit for about 20 minutes then wash it off with water. This is particularly good on nights if you use or apply masks or skin treatments, because you have to let the mask sit for a certain amount of time so doing this with it helps take care of both at once. I have also started to use this on my eyebrows as well to help with over plucking so I can grow my eyebrows back in and its really actually working! I have been trying so long to try and get my sparse hairs to grow in and full and nothing has worked but this stuff. I take a few drops and put it on each brow and rub it in the brow line then take a brow spooling and brush it in. Wait about 15 to 20 minutes then wash out with water then your done. The key is consistency and this will work. The smell is like a cleaner version of like a Vicks Vapor rub, but not super strong. I love using this stuff at night because it opens up my nasal passages before bed. This product comes in an easy to squeeze plastic bottle. This stuff really works! This stuff has done so good so far I can't wait to see what a few more months will do. Next I am going to start trying this stuff in my hair for split ends and I have full faith they are going to start looking fabulous. A great value.

A blend of many oils, with rosemary as its highlight
This Novokind hair oil is designed to be either massaged into your scalp, then drawn through your hair, or applied to hair ends to promote healthy growth. Two or three times a week you apply it, leave it in overnight (or at least 30 minutes if you're in a hurry), then wash it out. I haven't yet used it long enough to know whether it keeps its "super-growth" promise. But I can say that, so far, I've enjoyed using it very much. Made in India, it is a blend of many, many oils (coconut, rosemary, jojoba, castor, olive, sesame seed, and more) prepared according to Ayurvedic principles. Even if Ayurvedic medicine seems a bit "woo woo" to you (as it does to me), the combo is pleasant to apply and feels delightful. Although it contains a considerable blend of oils, the aroma when you open the bottle or pump the liquid into your hand is pure rosemary. I love the scent of rosemary, but if you're not so fond of it, don't worry; the scent dissipates quickly after you've applied it. But how much to apply? There's no information about that. So on my first try, I cupped my hand under the spout, filled my entire palm with the clear oil, and went way overboard. I realized quickly I'd overdone it and was worried my well-oiled hair would stain my pillow. For the first hour of the night I kept a hand towel between my hair and the pillowcase, but I eventually removed the barrier -- and by morning there was absolutely no staining. YAY. On later applications, I've used maybe three pumps of the liquid and found that I could leave the oil in my hair till my next shampoo, looking shiny and sleek but not greasy. (FYI, Novokind has a related super-growth serum that is intended for this kind of daily leave-in use, which I've also ordered.) So why only four stars? Well, partly because I haven't used it long enough to know its full capabilities. But also because they made the bottle half-impossible to get into. The top of the bottle was closed with a tight plastic cup that you might think you can just pry off or manually coax out. But no. My husband had to insert needle-nosed pliers into that cup, grab the raised nub inside (see pix), and tug it out with some effort. Kind of a pain. That said, though, Novokind is kind enough to include two functioning dispenser caps, one a pump and one for squeezing drops into your hand. So that made up for the initial PITA.

Solid ingredients with no irritation
I stopped colouring my hair a few months ago after nearly 20 year (bleach and funky colours in the front with black dye in the back). The root upkeep alone would take most of a day, but I also started noticing my hair looked thinner when I braided it from all the breakage that I smooth over with a serum so it's not a frizz-fest (legit everything from the ends of the virgin roots, which are healthy, down is just breakage throughout my entire mane). My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it, so it used to look thicker. Now that I’m devoted to growing out my virgin hair, I want it to be as healthy as possible while encouraging new growth. I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks, so it’s still too early to see real results. However, but a search on the ingredients shows that this formula is solid. I haven't had any issues with irritation so far to any of the ingredients, and I have sensitive skin. I pump some into my palms, work it into my roots while massaging it in, and then apply the rest through the ends. I also use a separate brush to gently distribute it and stimulate my scalp a bit more. I only wash my hair once or twice a week, so the recommended usage works well with my hair washing routine. It also has a light minty scent that I enjoy and I find it invigorating! I’m happy with this so far and look forward to monitoring how things progress as I grow my natural colour out over the next few years (my hair is currently mid-back length).

Pleasant oil
Nice oil with a pleasant texture and easy application. It feels nourishing on the scalp and doesn’t leave the hair overly greasy when used in moderation. The blend of rosemary, castor oil, biotin, and turmeric makes it feel like a solid, well-formulated treatment for overall scalp care. While it hasn’t shown visible hair growth changes yet, it does seem to help with softness and reducing breakage over time. I’ll need more consistent use to judge long-term results, but so far it’s a good quality product and worth continuing.

Noticeable Hair Growth Fast!
My daughter has been using this rosemary hair oil consistently and I’m honestly impressed with how fast her hair has grown. Her hair looks healthier, feels softer, and we’ve noticed a lot less breakage too. The oil isn’t overly heavy and works great as a scalp treatment. I also like the blend of rosemary, castor oil, biotin, and turmeric because it feels very nourishing. Definitely a great addition to her hair care routine and we will keep repurchasing!

I'm shocked that this has helped at all-let alone that it's transforming my scalp this much!
This Novokind rosemary hair growth oil has exceeded my expectations for a scalp treatment. The blend feels nourishing yet light and the rosemary infusion leaves a clean, subtle scent that isn’t overpowering. For the money it offers strong value and the formulation quality is excellent. Rosemary oil has been used in traditional hair care for centuries because it helps improve circulation to the scalp and supports follicle health while modern blends like this one combine it with complementary botanicals for better results. It has helped reduce shedding and left my hair looking fuller and healthier. I’m really satisfied with the progress I’ve seen.

Scalp Oil
I am a curly girl with 3A hair. My hair does grow very quickly, but it has changed as I have gotten older. I got this scalp oil in hopes I could get my hair to start growing in thicker again. I applied this scalp oil a few times, and I really did not like how it felt or smelled. I initially applied it before styling my hair, and I feel like it caused my hair to lose some of its bounce. Then I tried it on a day I was staying at home with my hair up (no styling or products), and all I could smell was the oil. Every time I moved, I smelled Rosemary. While that is not necessarily a bad thing, I really hate smelling anything about myself. I feel like if I can smell me, everyone can smell me, and it brings me too much anxiety. This scalp oil may be the best one on the market, but I could not get past the way it felt on my head and the way I could smell it all the time.

Works well!
This oil has been great for growing my edges back! It isn't too thick but coats my scalp really well. The oil comes in a bottle with a good applicator on the top. You get a good amount in each bottle and a little goes a long way. The oil has a mild but pleasant scent. Overall im excited to continue using this oil and hope for ongoing good results!
