It appears to be from China
I don’t know yet if the cord is too wide for the beads I got. The product is covered with what appears to be Chinese labels (9n the ends and in the middle of the spool around the cord). This is an huge turn-off. Amazon needs to identify the countries from which products are manufactured and distributed. I am not a fan of supporting countries that are antagonistic toward the US, engage in unethical business and labor practices, and criminalize certain religious beliefs and cultural identities.

Pretty but tangles easily
Love the color. I sew with it and it gets tangled very easily in comparison to other .4mm ones I've used.
