The capsules were easy enough to swallow and I didn’t experience any side effects.I definitely felt less bloated and a bit more energised. It’s not some dramatic overnight miracle, but I did feel a steady improvement over the course.I also like that all three ingredients are combined in one supplement rather than buying them separately. Overall, I’m happy with it, great parasite cleanse.

I’m sure results will vary per person, and different people may take these for different reasons, however I find they are great for me personally when ever I go onto a fat burning / shredding phase. I find that any bloating I have, after a week or two of taking these, I personally have a significant reduction in my bloating, especially when I cut out the sugar at the same time.I used to take black walnut, clove and wormwood separately, so it’s great to find all 3 ingredients together in one single supplement.
