I got these to go along with my new Epson HC2000 3D projector and they work great. Great clarity and definition, even when projected on a blank wall. The Epson synced them within a couple of seconds and they were good to go. The only thing I am not sure on is how often I will be exchanging batteries. That said, you can buy a large pack of CR2032 batteries for pretty cheap here on Amazon.

I bought a pair of these and a pair of the newer model (5150, I think) for my Epson projector. I far prefer these. They work exactly the same as the newer model, but the battery is much easier to install on this one. I kept reading that the batteries drain quickly if left in the glasses (for both models), so I always remove the batteries after watching a movie. So far, this is working well. These glasses are also less expensive than the new model. This one is a no-brainer--get these.

These work okay for my Sony 75” (2016) 3D Bravia TV, but the glasses don’t hold up well. I’m the only user and are very careful with them, but I’ve had both temple/earpieces break at the connection point with the glasses. This is a very poor design and the plastic is not strong enough to hold the stress of the earpiece. The second one broke just picking it up from the resting spot where I had it stored. There are other after market models available here and elsewhere that hold up better. As far as the active 3D function they work as well as the other models... no worse and no better.

The glasses paired up with my Samsung 3D tv flawlessly. Picture quality was good while looking through the glasses. I wear glasses so I found them ok on comfort. They need to put padding for your nose like most glasses do. My nephew had to take a few brakes in between. I also would like to see a bigger lens. It seems pretty narrow. I’m removing 1 star for the price and 1 for comfort and lens size. . I like them, I just don’t want to spend $60 for 2 pair. Weight for one is 25 grams or almost 1 ounce.

They work great! Automatically connect to the tv in 3D mode and turn on as soon as 3D starts playing.
