Firstly I would like to say their customer service is very good and quick. This is really make my decision. Also the quality is top grade with others. The material is thick and soft, and the height of this chair could be adjusted. My friend and I both suitable. We say remarkable chair. I give 9/10

Bought this chair in 2019. About 30 minutes ago, it collapsed without warning.

I made mistake of struggling for an hour trying to assemble this chair because seat cushion, backrest and armrests do not fit together easily. When I uncovered the packaging of the backrest it was defective. It was wrinked and not sewn together properly. When I contacted seller they said I can disassemble and return or they'll give measly $10 refund. They will not pay return freight and expect Amazon to pick-up the tab. The factory in China has stopped producing this chair and the chair is out of stock in their shops which would indicate this chair has issues.

We bought 2 of this and were impressed with the quality and comfort of them.

Had this chair for less than a week and one of the wheel arms broke. Not at the base of the height adjuster but right in the middle. It was very difficult for one person to put together. It isn't complicated just awkward. it was comfortable before it broke so that is why the 2 stars.

Really disappointed in the quality. Two of The legs broke off. Third one starting to crack as well. We purchased this at the end of November. Does this have warranty? Or can the company ship new base legs?

Comfy and easy to put together

This chair was impossible to build....I’ve assembled many things.....I am not too happy & super sweaty! The problem is that my other son wants one!!! So upset
