It's good
I only use it for remote printing, but it works fine, I shut everything off that isn't absolutely needed so keep it as fast as possible due to the small amount of ram, if you are going to use it as a business laptop you will need more ram for sure. For a homework computer for a school kid it should be fine the way it is. I know prices are going up but for this little bit of ram, I think it should have been a little cheaper.

Don't buy this unless you work for Microsoft v
Speakers are unacceptable. The system placed my docs in the wrong folders, and the system doesn't respond to video or camera. The computer keyboard is good, and that is all. Microsoft has no idea what they are doing anymore.

No mfg warranty.
I purchased this laptop as a replacement for my old laptop. The description doesn't say that there is no factory warranty. I tried to register it with HP and it is the warranty is expired. Also it says there is 2tbpcle memory, it came with 256gb hard drive. What is up with this? I would not have purchased it if I had known all of this. I'll right more of a review after I use the laptop some.
