The hood, omg! I can fit a small village in there! hahaha! But that doesn't take away from the amazing quality of this coat! I love it because of how it is fitted, it doesn't make me look like I'm shaped like the abominable snowman, it is quite fashionable for a fluffy winter coat! And its incredibly warm! I want to snuggle up and take a nap inside those fuzzy pockets! LOVE this coat!

The things I love: • The color is deep and rich, I have gotten compliments • Definitely well insulated and keeps me quite warm even when it's 20 degrees or less outside. • The fur trim is removeable • The pockets are lined with a soft synthetic material that reminds me of puppy ears, and keep my hands super warm in case I am not wearing gloves • Decent length, not too short • No belt! I am so tired of constantly tying and tightening belts on my coats! Things I don't love: • While I do like the style of an extra large hood, unless you are wearing a hat or remove the fur trim, the hood overwhelmingly obstructs my vision! • I am 5' 7" and weight 130 pounds, and the Medium definitely has plenty of room to spare around the waist. Was hoping for a more slim fit. Didn't want the small, because was afraid it may be too short for me.

Fantastic coat! I am always wary about buying coats on the internet but this was a perfect find. I'm 5'3" & slim but a 34DDD, so I often run into difficulties with the zipper on the top section, but the medium is perfectly roomy and will comfortably fit thick sweaters underneath. Best unexpected plus is the extremely soft and fuzzy pocket inserts. What a nice surprise! Hood is relatively large but in a cute way. Zips up to the chin, so it eliminates the need for a scarf in colder situations.

My daughter wanted this jacket and I was so excited when it came for Christmas but was so so disappointed when she opened it. Don't get me wrong - the coat is beautiful and exactly what she wanted. I ordered a medium and it said medium on the package, medium on the outside tags....but the tag inside said large and it's very big on her!! So disappointed - will have to exchange and hope to be able to get the right size this time!

The quality of the jacket is okay yet the hood is extremely wide in width and height. I've never seen a hood on a jacket that big. Returning it for this reason.

Giving it 2 stars because I loved it initially. Pros: -Very cute. Nice color -The jacket is super warm, and provides great protection against the New York winter. -The hood *is* way larger and heavier than most I've encountered, which allowed it to fit my big hair and stay put in the wind -Lined zippered pockets are warm and keep your things secure Cons: -The big hood cut off all peripheral view, which can be dangerous. -It picks up stains easily. Each day, I'd wonder where the new stain came from. I never had that issue with my old coat. I was really happy with this purchase until today, when it ripped along the inner seam. I didn't have any sharp object near it that would've caused it to tear, and I've had this coat for less than a month. Seeing as I bought this coat to replace a coat that only tore after having it for four years, I was hoping this one would last at least that long, or even half as long--certainly longer than a month, though. Maybe I got a dud, but I will definitely be returning it.

I got the coat for my niece to wear as she walks across her college campus in the brutal winds of Nebraska. She loves it! Its warm and well made without being too bulky for her to have in class at her desk. The faux fur trimmed hood helps to keep the wind off of her face. The contoured waist line give her a nice profile so she doesn't look like the Stay-Puff marshmallow man. We originally found the coat at a department store but found the better price online so we even saved a few bucks.

I got the burgundy small and absolutely love love love this jacket. It’s my favorite jacket. So extremely warm and that’s good for a person like me who is colder than everyone around me. I’m 5’8 and 129 lb and I have a wide muscular back and a thin waist. The stitching inside is too tight for me and ripped. But it ripped where no material inside the jacket can fall apart, so I just wear it that way and it’s not tight anymore. I didn’t return it because the small is very slimming and I tried a medium in the store and its not slimming enough for my preference.
