Poor packaging but very good product
The bottle is old, yellowed, and scratched. There is no clear indication of whether it is unopened or has been tampered with. Extremely poor packaging overall. BUT after using for 1 month I would say this is the best moisturizer I have used till now. Absolutely no allergic reaction (I have a very sensitive skin) but yes it's a bit thick.

Amazing product
It is amazing for my dry sensitive skin. A little is enough for my face. It makes my skin very soft. It is a bit sticky though, but it gets absorbed in a while. Very good quality and a very light smell. Overall a great product.. worth the price.

Cream was spilled all over .
Unfortunately the lid was slightly open and the cream spilled all over the packaging.But the cream is moisturizing,they should have atleast checked the lid.

The cream is spilled out of the container and the lid is broken. I tried contacting the customer support for the same and they are not responding . This is very bad. Its an expensive product and they are least bothered about our concerns. Very disappointed.
