The silicon ring does fit 2 inch cylinders. It does not fit snug but it seals to the bottom of the silicon and makes a very good seal. Also, its very comfortable and should last a long time because of the material it's made from. Not cheaply made and worth the money.

It is absolutely not 3" inch universal sleeve for any pumps out there. I had to stretch the hell out of the silicon sleeve and had to throw it away because it was stretched to the point of the breaking point of it and it didn't work very well with the leluv pump I have.. do not waste your money on this product. Amazon should really look into thier products from those that are selling them because it was false advertisement at best..

I purchased a PALOQUETH Electronic Male Enhancement Penis Pump with Clear Cylinder and the base ring that came with it was too stretchy allowing my sack to be drawn into it. This ring is stiffer so it doesn't extend as far on to the penis making much more comfortable. The opening is a little larger as well and it seals really well without a great deal of lube. Take care as not to over pump as this upgrade allows a higher vacuum that the flimsy ring that comes with the pump. It gave me a nice big "fatty" that was appreciated by my partner.

Bought several of these mistakenly thinking they were a different product. The seal around the pump with this sleeve was loose and there wasn’t enjundia cushion between sleeve and skin to reduce pain while wearing.

Wasn't expecting much as other products from this company have been disappointing but, the material seems great, durable and it's the only sleeve I've ever had actually maintain a good seal (I refuse to shave, only trim short). Only complaint was it was a bit hard to stretch to the 3" cylinder it claims to fit but it just took a little finesse. Silicone isn't as stretchy as TPE. Once on, no issues!

This product was not made as good as other that I have bought in the past, it did not have a tight fit and lose suction.

Yes, it is durable and fits the Penis Pump I bought from the same manufacturer. The original pump sleeve is pretty flimsy, but held out for a while, but once it stretches the pump is painful to use. The new pump sleeve looks durable and once it is broken in should last for quite a while.

What you get is a 3" seal that doesn't fit any pump smaller then 3in. Package says fits pumps up to 3 inches in diameter. But if starts at three inches it can't fit any pump smaller than 3"...
