2015 Apple iMac with 3.1GHz Intel Core i5 (21 inch, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD) Silver (Renewed)

I was looking for a new laptop because my MacBook Air did not have enough memory for video editing and thinks like that.I decided to get a second hand I Mac instead as the Mac book pros were very expensive, even second had.It is great and has such as large screen and lots more memory.It is in very good condition.The cable was a little loose and faulty but they sent me a new cable immediately.It came with a keyboard and mouse, but I ordered a seperate keyboard at the time of purchase.I probably would not have bought a separate keyboard, as they do look very similar but it depends what you want.

I was unsure about ordering a refurbished Apple iMac but thought I would give it a try as I have always wanted one but never been able to afford the Apple prices.I am so glad I purchased the Apple iMac and from these suppliers.The delivery was so quick, pretty much the next day. The packaging was so professional and compactness; everything was safely secured.The value for money cannot be beaten and it was so straightforward to purchase and then set up!I have had no problems with my purchase at all. Over the moon, so happy!It even came with wireless keyboard and mouse including batteries! So so happy with my purchase. Will definitely be recommending this company to friends, family and colleagues and anyone who wants an Apple iMac Desktop but cannot afford Apple prices. A***

Would of been happy to pay another £50-70 if ssd was available as an option. Hdd is a little slow but quality is good and all works well

The iMac is so fast, and it runs games more than 120 FPS and its in imacculate condition. The 4K Screen is so sharp, and dualbooting MacOS and Windows on this iMac is great. Even though there is a HDD, it is super fast as mine turns on in 15 seconds.

When the order arrived I found it was extremely well packed to ensure no damage came to the IMac and upon unpacking found it to be immaculate no visible signs of wear and tear. The included wireless keyboard and mouse are battery powered and will do to setup and use the iMac until comfortable. Once booted up the setup to get everything computer working took no time at all. I am very happy with purchased product and for great value.

I was very sceptical about purchasing a iMac -or any computer for that matter - that has been “renewed”. I read the reviews and coupled with the price and the warranty I decided to go for it; I don’t regret it. It came exceptionally packed and on first taking it out I couldn’t believe it wasn’t new, no marks, scratches or nicks anywhere and came with original Apple keyboard and mouse. As soon as it was plugged in, my fears of any issues were gone. Set up was easy and coming from a pc to Mac has been quite intuitive. I love this mac, I doubt I will ever go back to owning a pc again; I nearly threw my old one out of the window from sheer frustration of clunky, unresponsive, spinning “blue circle of death” and endless “restarts”before buying this. I am thoroughly happy, it not only looks brilliant it works brilliantly. If you’re looking to buy I recommend IT Trade, just remember to source a power cable as well when you buy as this was not included in box and even though it wasn’t included, it is no reason to give less than 5 stars. It comes with El Capitan X OS and I upgraded to Mojave via the Apple store so I could download the latest versions of a Microsoft Office applicationsand Outlook. Setting up my printer was done in moments, synchronicity of iPad and accounts was seamless. I didn’t use the recommended migration assistant to transfer my files from the pc to the iMac. I would suggest buying a memory stick and transfer your files that way, much easier and less of a headache due to the conflicts from one machine to the other.

Buying reconditioned is always something of a risk, so I have to say I’d lowered my expectations, thinking I’d get a serviceable computer, but nothing more. Wrong! Delighted to say the machine arrived this morning and after several hours setting up etc I couldn’t be happier. I’d defy anyone to know it wasn’t new. Fantastic physical condition, flying operating speed and excellent customer service after I’d raised a query (which they’d answered in advance if only I’d switched my phone on).Absolutely recommend dealing with this firm, you can trust what they say.
