I researched "NAD+" on the National Institute of Health "NIH.gov" website. Study showed improved lung performance/OXYGEN uptake. So I tried this "Liposomal NAD+ Gold - NAD-Precursor Supplement with NMN +". I have COPD and my usual "sitting" blood oxygen level is 91 to 94% and lower if active in any way. Walking up a flight of stairs drops me into the 88/90 range. I measure this with a very good finger-tip oximeter. Three sprays of this product on my tongue and an hour later my sitting blood O2 level is 98/99%. I am NOT exaggerating; I know how troublesome low oxygen can be, having had COPD for 7 years now. My blood O2 still drops after doing the stairs but only to 93 or so and I recover my O2 level QUICKLY back to the upper 90% range. If you have COPD you realize the value of getting some sort of normal performance from your lungs again, however temporary. While no two human bodies are the same, I highly recommend this supplement because it is working so well for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been taking NR (NIAGEN) or NMN or both for about 3 years. The NR (TRU NIAGEN 300mg) and the NMN 250 mg cost me about $1 per day each. This product NAD Gold costs slightly more per day. I take two sprays under my tongue each day and hold it there for about 5 min to get the max effect. I am trying to see if I should swap one product out and remain at two products per day, or take these three. Since I am still on my first bottle, I am limited in what I can say. But I am confident that so far this addition to my regime is having a positive effect on my energy levels. Obviously I think it is possible to increase your mitochondria based energy levels. I also take TMG and resveratrol daily to enhance the NR & NMN.

Seemed to work great, But for the price and the bottle only being 75 percent full its not worth it.

So far, this has worked great for me. Worth the extra $$ if you can. I feel the difference in my energy levels, and my work outs seem less fatiguing.

This supplement has helped me with my Bipolar Disorder Type One. While it is tricky taking NAD with Bipolar Disorder, it really helps when I crash from my manic episodes. The delivery is excellent.

I have been using this frequently for the past couple weeks. I am unsure of its effectiveness as I have not noticed any changes since beginning use. However I do like that they blend tri methyl glycine with the NAD. I believe that should in theory make it more tolerable.

I’ve tried NAD in capsule form before, upping the dose til I felt something, I’d have to take 5x as much to notice. With this, just one pump. (HAlf a dose) and I feel alive. Well worth it
