Perfect charger to charge new LiFePO4 batteries for an electric scooter
Finally made the plunge and decided it was now to to upgrade from the old 12V Lead Acid batteries in my Pacelite HCF707 electric scooter that I purchased way back in 2001 (two Decades ago) that featured 24V system comprised of two 12V 10AH Lead Acid Batteries. This new charger has such an excellent display that is it very easy to check the voltage, temperature, and charge level from across the room. The fans in the charger keep it cool and when it finished charging the new LiFePO4 battery the display indicated "FUL" and the cooling fans stopped. Topped off the new batteries in under 25 minutes each. This new charger will be perfect for providing a trickle charge for when a car sits for a long time and will be indispensable for re-balancing and maintaining the performance of my LiFePO4 batteries. Included excellent documentation for what the modes indicate and when the battery reaches a full charge. Highly recommend if you need to charge your Lead Acid or LiFePO4 batteries with confidence and high-tech thermal monitoring to achieve peak charging performance This was a fantastic value for the price.

Not great on larger lifepo4
Didn't work very well on lifepo4. It did do something to my battery. But it only charged the voltage to 13.5. Got a everstart marine from Walmart. Took almost another day of charging with that and brought the batteries to 14.2.

better than expected on a budget, lacks some minor features, overall does the job
Tried out this charger/restorer on the tractor that is cold weather starting challenged (used to clear drive & paths with snowblower attachment) and compared the to the very popular one with the name that rhymes with 'no go' I had been maintaining it with to see how it performed. On that tractor, which I has suspected had premature battery disfunction...I did far better than the other one had been doing these past 2 seasons. I was able to start the tractor cold stored under our overhand when it was about 7°F, the other one would have had it no go. Right there I have decided this is the maintainer for the balance of the winter season. I can't tell if the conditioner/desulfator functions in reality or not, I'll give that a go on the battery on our idle car that the battery is currently dead on. It's quite light, surprisingly so, with relatively short power and battery cables. Because of this you may not feel it's a high quality tool, but if it does keep on working & can charge or condition a number of my batteries including my deep cycle marine for the boat, the one for the generator, and the lipo 12v for the solar I will be installing on my trailer, while they are not in service so they will be ready when needed, then that will make me content. Seems pretty easy to use, so far just connecting it to the battery and plugging it in it autodetects voltage & type. Also changing settings are readily available using the single pressure sensitive button on the display panel. I like the display size, granted it's little more than LED illuminated characters or indicators, particularly, even with my bad I eye, I can still read this at a glance from a distance of 8-10 ft. What i would like from this that it does not have - a longer detachable power cord & a longer battery cable with quick disconnect & a few different connection possibilities. It would be great if you could use screw lug connectors with a pig tail long enough that could come out from under a hood for quick connections on the car or tractor. How it arrives is with basic battery spring loaded clamps hard wired to the cord. It would also be great if this were waterproof. AFAICT it is not and I would not leave this connected to the battery on my johnboat, or outside overnight connected to the car. In fact for use with the tractor, I have it under it's canopy, and a tarp over that (tarp is more to trap a little heat more that to stop blowing rain or snow, which I doubt would get under the engine canopy), with the whole package under a big overhang. Regardless of the minor what I perceive to be cost saving choices, it serves its purpose, functions as expected & seems to be a good value at 1/6 of the other charger that isn't doing the job as well as this is.

This works great.
This is a very smart device at a great price. At 10 amps it fast enough and it tells you battery charge state, current charge rate.

great charger
Great little charger, easy to used set it to the type of battery you have and leave it, it does the rest. Great value and easy to carry from place to place

Versatile little smart charger with lots of features at a fraction of the price of the big brands
Let me start out by saying that I didn't have high hopes for this smart charger. It says 10 amps (but they rarely ever get that high), and it looks fairly cheap in the listing. When it arrived, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. When I pulled it out of the box, I was immediately struck by the large, easy to read display and how solid it felt. Reading the instructions revealed that it utilizes different charging currents at different stages of charging for a more complete charge cycle. It has 5 modes on it, which I found pretty cool. They are Flooded Lead Acid, AGM/SLA, Gel Cell, LiFePo4 and Repair. It has reverse polarity protection, and it's SUPER sensitive. My husband tried to charge his car's AGM battery through his remote maintainer setup that he has installed, and it kept throwing a reverse polarity fault because of an LED that was backfeeding through the circuit. The charger detected the 10 mA LED! He ended up rewiring the relay and LED in the maintainer box to mitigate the issue, and it now works flawlessly. While it's charging, the screen cycles between battery voltage, charging current and ambient temperature. I love the fact that it has winter and summer modes as well, and the fact that it automatically switches (we get pretty extreme temperature swings between winter and summer where we are- single digits at night in the winter to over 120F during the day in the summer). If the charger loses power, it has a memory function so that it goes back to the last mode it was in, with the exception of Repair mode. It even has a float function! The charger has standard alligator clips on fairly short leads for the output side, and my husband plans on changing that to Anderson Powerpoles the first chance he gets, so he can quickly change between the alligator clips, XT60, ring terminals, or any of the other multitude of leads he has made up with powerpoles on the end. For the price, I'm actually pretty impressed with the quality and feature set of this charger. Time will tell how long it lasts, but so far, so good.

Promising Charger with Great Features, Needs UI Improvements
I have not yet needed to use this charger for a full charge, but based on the easy initial setup and features, I am impressed. I really like the responsiveness of the touch screen for navigating the settings. I really like the small size to have in the car in case of an emergency and can power the battery charger on with a power station I have. However, there are two areas that could be improved in the user interface: I wish the icons were larger for better visibility and easier selection. More importantly, I really wish there was an option for Fahrenheit—it only displays temperature in Celsius, which can be inconvenient for users accustomed to Imperial units. This is a promising unit, but minor software tweaks would make it perfect.

Cost effective battery charger
I was skeptical because of the low price and lightweight build, but it managed to fire up my engine in 7-degree weather when my previous, high-end name-brand charger failed me. It handles everything from my standard car batteries to the LiFePO4 cells I use for solar, making it a versatile tool for the garage. The automation is what really stands out. It features a multi-stage cycle that adjusts based on the season, so I don’t have to worry about overcooking the battery in the summer or under-powering it during a freeze. The "repair" setting is a nice bonus for older batteries that have been sitting idle, and the safety sensors are incredibly sharp. The interface is clear and easy to navigate. Even from across the shop, the oversized screen is bright enough to read the voltage and temperature without squinting. I also appreciate the internal memory; if the power blinks out, the device remembers exactly which mode it was in and picks up right where it left off, which gives me a lot of peace of mind for long-term storage. My only real gripes are the physical leads. The power cable and the clamps are a bit on the short side and aren't detachable, which limits how you can mount it. It’s also not waterproof, so you’ll want to keep it under a cover if you’re using it outdoors. That said, for a fraction of the cost of "professional" models, it does exactly what it promises and keeps my equipment ready to go.

Great charger, delivers more than its rating, brilliant support from seller, just a few glitches
I'm pretty happy with this battery charger. It's compact, well priced and delivers just over the rated 10A. The display is large, colourful and easy to read, and it's got charging modes for most of the batteries you're going to encounter (lead-acid, AGM/EFB and Lithium). The product feels fairly light when you take it out of the box. The 240V input and DC output leads to alligator clips are both hard-wired, which worked OK for me, but it would be nice if they'd used connectors and supplied other connections like ring lugs or an Anderson plug. The unit I received was apparently from a batch which had a problem with the charging display. When I first connected it up, my test rig showed it was delivering just over 10A but the display on the charger only showed 2.3A. The seller sent another unit from Amazon which had the same problem, and then a third unit direct from China which worked fine. No-one else has reported anything about this so it looks to be an isolated issue so I doubt anyone else will encounter this. However the seller's support throughout was excellent, and I always felt like they had my back which is very encouraging. The only real problem I had which you might experience too was that there were a few software glitches with button presses not registering and it tried to put itself into repair mode a few times when the battery was quite flat which I couldn't undo. Maybe it thought it was so flat it needed repairing, but this was a lithium battery which didn't need its repair cycle. I ended up switching modes and got it to behave once the voltage climbed a bit. But on the whole a great little charger that generally does what it should, backed up by excellent customer support from the Chinese seller.
