Highly Recommended for Supination
These insoles are a game-changer for my supination. I was struggling with my posture while walking, but after using them, I feel more balanced and comfortable during daily activities.

Recommended by my podiatrist.
My podiatrist had me order these to correct posture while running. Made a huge, positive difference. Easy to cut down to fit into my trail running shoes. Helps minimize heel pain.

Posture support insoles
Correction Insoles with Posture Support, size 6-6.5UK Haven’t got these fitted in the shoes yet, but they seem decent quality.

Not for me
Whilst good enough quality, I ended up with worse knee pain than I had before

Not suitable for over-pronation
These are NOT suitable for over-pronation, only over-supination as the "thin" edge of the sole is on the inside, allowing the foot to continue to roll inwards. Returned for a refund.

These are fantastic
I've been leaning outward on my feet for a while now and finally went to the Dr. She offered me insoles that had too much thickness in them so they were uncomfortable for most of my shoes. These were perfect... Straighten my walk out and give more stability to my feet in my shoes. Definitely a Buy. I actually have to get the bone shaved on my 2nd to last toe due to leaning outward and crushing my toes to the point of mis shaping them... So these are a god send and great value too.

Approved by My Podiatrist
My podiatrist recommended these insoles, and I couldn't be happier. They fit perfectly in my shoes and provide excellent cushioning, which has significantly improved my posture and comfort during walking.
