Wish I could give this one TEN stars!! Received it early this morning (thanks Amazon!), and by Noon, my sofa, two chairs, a large tiled shower and two sinks were glowingly spotless!! The sofa and chairs alone, would have taken me all day with my old steamer. It does what it proclaims, and then some! When it says it heats up in 10 seconds, you better be ready to go in 8, because it’s blowing steam by 9. The large water tank is a blessing. You don’t spend all your time cooling it down, and filling it back up. I used it for 4 non-stop hours and only had to refill it once. There’s a reason the instructions warn you to wear the gloves. I have two blisters to prove why those gloves are important 🥺. Don’t be like me, put the gloves on before you start. You’ll be glad you did!!

Don't buy this product it is horrible beware nothing about this works even the power cord doesn't fit ..save your money buy something else do you font get screwed like I did!

I LOVE this steamer. It holds a good amount of water and you’re able to fill it without having to let it completely cool first. Works wonderful on grout, baseboards, bathtubs, kitchen sinks, doors and walls. I plan on trying it on my kitchen cabinets this week. Cleans effortlessly and quickly. It’s well constructed and easy to carry around too. It’s definitely worth the money.

It worked great for as long as we were able to use it. The extension rod is stainless steel but the spray nozzle is a plastic attachment. You have to have the spray nozzle to use all the other attachments. When it got hot, the threads in the spray nozzle basically melt and then the spray nozzle keeps popping off and you can't do anything without it. The spray nozzle attachment should be made out of stainless steel. I am shocked it's plastic. I got one use out of this machine and can no longer use it unless I buy parts.

I was surprised how quick and the amount of steam it put out. Seems well made and compact.

Unit heats up fast. I have only used it a couple of times, but so far it works well. Only wish the electrical cord was longer.

Ugh Most frustrating purchase ever. You have to use batteries to work the nozzle. Plug does not stay plugged in. Attachments are weird. Worst part is you have to use a metal extension rod for the attachments which means very hot metal which translates to burns. Do not buy!

Great little steamer, but the connection for the power cord is sloppy and comes undone with the smallest movement, and is very inconvenient when cleaning something. Because of this I can't recommend.
