Very disappointed
Somehow only came with the hard case, not the orange insert too. Don’t even know how that can happen but I’m not pleased.

I’ve used OtterBox iPhone cases for years & never had a broken or damaged phone. It’s a tight fit getting your phone in but once there, the case and phone are secure. I wish I’d gotten the clear screen option but may add that later.
