This 76 inch fabric resistance band is serious business, I used it for a few minutes and felt like I was trying to do a full body workout 😳. With resistance bands I always worry about them snapping/breaking/popping, but no worries with this band, it’s super strong and you can get a workout for your upper & lower body: stretching, Pilates, chin-ups, physical therapy, power lifting and more, you can even use this with a partner for a more intense workout 💪🏾💪🏾. Plus it’s machine washable, that’s definitely a positive & a first for me (that it’s machine washable 😁). It’s portable, just put in its carrying case for workouts on the road. This band won’t be rolling up, it feels like it’s made with quality materials, which is a good thing, because of what this band is used for, you don’t want any injuries due to it breaking in the middle of an intense workout (that can be dangerous, especially if your doing chin-ups or physical therapy. I will definitely be adding this to my home gym. As you get older, keeping in shape is mandatory, you never know when it’ll come in handy 💪🏾, like my coach always says, if you stay ready, you won’t have to get ready. I wish it was some way to adjust it for shorter people, it’s longer than I am 😅, but it’s not a deal breaker. I’m sold on fabric resistance bands, these may be the only ones I use from now on. It has a fabric and ripubber feel to it, if you take care of this band, it’ll be around for a long time, and the price point isn’t bad because you can target so many areas on your body. The instructions gives you more exercises you can do with it.

My review is for the FITNEZA 76" premium extended length fabric resistance bands for working out.. The 76 inch length gives full range of motion across just about every exercise I tried, no feeling restricted at any point, even with bigger movements or assisted stretching. Did not feel limiting at all, even being on the taller side myself. Fabric holds tension consistently the whole way through a stretch or movement, no rolling, no bunching, no sense that it was overstretching or losing resistance partway through. Comfortable against the skin too, no pinching at all like some bands tend to do. Used this for Pilates, calisthenics, mobility work and general stretching, and it performed well across all of it, both upper and lower body work felt covered. Also worked well for slower, controlled rehab style movements, gentle enough on range of motion work while still giving real resistance. No odor buildup even after sweaty sessions, washes easily in the machine and holds up fine afterward, no fraying or thinning showing up after repeated use. The mesh drawstring bag that comes with it is a nice touch too, decent quality rather than something flimsy thrown in as filler. The 3 inch width feels stable and comfortable during use, no snapping or pinching concerns at all, which lines up with what the listing promises. For the price and the length you are getting, this is a solid value, especially compared to standard shorter bands that limit what you can do with them. Great for full body work, would recommend it to anyone doing Pilates, mobility training or general stretching, and would buy again, maybe even pick up the other color too.

This thing is one serious resistance band! It is, without a doubt, the most comfortable fitness band I've ever used, due to its generous width and fabric construction. Because it's so huge, you might need to get a little creative in using it, like doubling it up or standing on top of most of it(!) to get the results you want. It's going to be impossible to do certain exercises that much shorter bands are typically used for, like banded crab walks, for example. Otherwise, it's quite versatile. I've been using it mostly for stretching, and it works great for that, but I've also used it to do shoulder presses, curls, bent over rows, and lateral raises, among other things. The band's material is very thick and durable, so I expect that it will last for a long time. If it gets dirty, you can throw it in the washing machine. It folds up and doesn't take up much space, so it makes an ideal companion on trips when you don't have access to a full gym. It's a really nice gym accessory to have on hand.
