I purchased the SmoothSpine Triple Fusion Back Massager with Heat hoping for something simple to help with everyday back tension, and overall it has been a decent experience. The heat feature is one of the strongest parts of this product. It warms up quickly and provides a relaxing feeling, especially after sitting for long periods. The vibration is gentle and adds to the comfort, making it easy to use while resting or watching TV. The shape also fits along the spine fairly well, which makes it comfortable during use. Overall, this works well for basic relaxation and mild soreness, but it is not as powerful as higher-end massagers. It is a reasonable option if you are looking for something affordable and easy to use for everyday comfort.

I received this and it didn’t have a cord, so no way to operate it. I sent it back and they sent a replacement and still no cord. I decided to keep it and purchase a cord because I wanted to see if it helped my back. My husband and I both used it and after only one time our backs felt tremendously better. So we decided to keep it. I used it again before I went to bed and it worked great. I will still continue using it to see if it’s worth it in the long run. 3 stars because there was no cord. Probably should be lower because you can’t use the product unless you have a cord. Very frustrating! And after you charge it, it will not run if you don’t keep it plugged in which is really crazy. I did read that on one of the reviews but thought that might be a fluke. Well, it’s not.

I found this triple fusion back massager really helpful. Smooth and comfortable throughout the entire period of using it, great massager after standing whole day work. It’s heat and massage moving function makes blood circulation more efficient and warm back. Back pain get better and i feel relax and get better sleep. Real user review From a 175lb 5ft10 bmi 30 man with l4 l5 s1 stenosis, pinched nerve, disk degeneration and modic changes. proposed nerve ablation from pain management, fusion surgery from surgeon and a handful of anti inflammatories and muscle relaxers. Excited to get it after the info on various online sites, however w/ a sensitive sore back a few things get in the way of success: 1) with a sweatshirt on, there is no temperature control and gets too hot on skin to use for full 15 minutes, 2) the massage motors are exposed to the top of the device and press on your back [ yes I unzipped and looked inside], 3 the air bladder pump control also inside presses the face of the device and hits your already sore back. 4) the air bladder that helps lift you to induce the decompression is also non adjustable so it presses against your back pretty hard at full expansion with no way to adjust pressure. Could be a real game changer with a more dense foam cover to prevent hard motors and pump from pressing into you, a temperature control to allow for users to set as needed, and a pressure control valve to make it adjustable to your current sensitivity.... maybe someone will do real engineering and test a user group for comfort and success, one cant come without the other when it comes to back pain and relaxing to allow the concept to be long term used and effective.... buy a few brands, test them, and find one that can do the work, and not hurt you in the process.

Admittedly I was skeptical about this product even after reading many positive reviews so I delayed ordering. My sciatica pain was almost debilitating so I figured for $100 what did I have to lose? I had to do something. I tried the thing out as soon as it arrived and frankly I was quite amazed. I’m sorry I waited. The vibrating cycle is robust and very relaxing. The heat cycle is just right and very soothing. I don’t know how any one would say it is too hot unless they put the thing directly on bare skin, which I do not recommend for any heating pad. My Thermopore heating pad(which I love) gets way hotter than this. The third cycle is really the kicker. The internal inflatable function slowly inflates and flexes the lower spine. It inflates to a perfect balance between mildly uncomfortable to almost slightly painful and then deflates and repeats. The first time I used it I didn’t want to get off of it. In truth I experienced immediate relief. I have used it twice a day now for three days and my pain is virtually gone. I still have a bit of numbness that has shifted a bit from my lower back to my hip but at a very manageable level. I am 100% sold on this product and recommend for any one who was back pain. Time will tell how long it will hold up to daily use.

I would recommend for anyone with lower back and/or sciatica issues. I love this pillow! It heats, massages, and decompresses. I have sciatica and spinal disc compression along with spinal scoliosis. It takes away the pain faster than most pain pills, creams, and gels. About the only thing I would change is make it have a rechargeable battery so you aren't tethered to an outlet. But if you get a strong enough battery pack, you can just plug into that, thus saving on the price of the unit, which if changed would drastically go up!
