The gummies are delicious and easy to take - they taste like strawberries! I've tried other biotin supplements in the past, but these gummies are by far the most effective. I think it's because they're made with high-quality ingredients and are easy to digest. One thing to note is that it takes a few weeks to start seeing results, so be patient! But trust me, it's worth it. I've already recommended these gummies to my friends and family. My only suggestion would be to make the bottle a bit bigger - I go through these gummies pretty quickly! I’ve been using the Biotin gummies for a little over 3 months now and can REALLY tell a difference in my hair and nails. I originally bought it to help with hair loss, age, medication, illness, diet was causing my hair to just come out in handfuls. I hated looking at my hair because it had gotten so thin, there was literally nothing I could do with it. After the first two months I really noticed a huge difference and will NOT stop taking these. I not only stopped losing hair but have hair regrowth!! Thanks for an outstanding product, it tastes great too! Update: Before using Havasau Biotin Gummies my hair was falling out by the hand fulls. Literally small animals where collecting in the shower drain. I could see my hairline rescinding, it was horrible. Now I have baby hairs growing in, my hair is thicker and no more clumps of hair! So happy with this product!

After my first pregnancy I had a lot of hair loss which lasted about a year, or a little more. After my second baby was born I started having hair loss (at around 1 month after baby was born) and a friend recommended this supplement to me. I started taking it and noticed the hair loss slowed significantly. Then I ran out and there was about 2 weeks where I did not take it. During that time the large amounts of hair loss came back! Then I got some more and have made sure not to run out again and the hair loss once again slowed. Now I still have some hair loss, but I feel like it’s a normal amount like before I had kids, and I can see some actual regrowth in the worst area of hair loss (my baby is 7 months old, hair growth is shown in the picture). Around 7 months after my first born my hair was still falling out, big time. I will definitely recommend this to my pregnant friends for postpartum in hair loss. I only wish I’d started taking it immediately after my baby was born. Flavor is sweet, like a chewy candy. I’ve been taking it for 6 months twice a day and still not tired of the flavor.

I wanted to start taking Biotin and was always curious about the gummy versions. I decided to take the chance due to the great reviews. I am not a fruity/gummy fan at all but figured it would be tolerable, they're actually delicious!! i wonder if this is even a vitamin lol thats how good it is!!! you could sit there an eat the entire bottle if you didnt know any better. As for the quality, i think it would take 2 bottles to start noticing any difference. That being said i gave this 4 stars only b/c i haven't reaped the benefits just yet AND I have been experiencing a bitter taste in my mouth all day long and won't go away. I'm 3/4 of the way done with this bottle and i've started experiencing this as of last week, this is my second week. I'm starting to get concerned bc i thought it was something health wise, but the only change in my diet has been adding this supplement. Sadly, i will stop taking this with the hopes it goes away. I googled/found others have reported the same side effect. Might not happen to everyone but i figured this would be something to note.

To be honest, I love the fact that these biotin supplements are in gummy form. I don't know why but whenever my supplements are in gummy form I for some reason remember to always take them faithfully. They taste amazing so that could be a factor. The great reviews really caught my eye about this brand because I've taken other brands and they feel like they did nothing for me. And some either made me breakout or have huge headaches; no matter how much water I drank. With the Havasu Nutrition biotin gummies I haven't had any breakouts and no headaches. My skin is looking really good, my nails are growing at a much faster rate and also my eyelashes are so much longer and thicker than before. I'm amazed. I can't wait to see how it helps me with my hair growth though. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any difference but I've gotten such great results elsewhere so I don't see any reason not to continue taking them.

(22 year old guy) Have this so far a few days short of a month & this definitely made a difference! Before using them, my hair was dropping faster than a bank account on black Fridays, bootys at the club, etc. In other words, bunches of hair after running hands through wet hair after showers. The best part about this supplement is the taste, these are really good! I haven’t missed a day of taking them (2 gummies daily) because I began to crave them. This helps because biotin supplements don’t work overnight, and consistency is key. About 3 to 5 days after daily use, my hair stopped falling at such a rapid rate. I don’t see any bunches of hair falling which is great. At one point I was looking at pictures of Yoda accepting my fate. HIDDEN BENEFITS Biotin helps the integumentary system (hair skin and nails). Doesn’t focus on a specific part of the body with hair but it does help the head! My nails also became MUCH stronger and my skin I didn't really notice a difference yet lol.

As someone who has debilitating anxiety and thin nails, it’s nearly impossible for me to grow out my own nails without picking at them or then breaking on their own. But I’m here to tell you that these Biotin gummies have changed the game!! My nails are strong and have grown easily without chipping or breaking. My girl friend gave me a high five today because she’s never seen my natural nails this long and healthy in our 8 year-long friendship. I’ve also noticed that my hair has been much healthier lately to where I’ve actually needed to wash it more often; usually wash it once or twice a week but now that my hair’s actually producing oil again I’ve been able to wash it more often without drying it out!! Now for the actual gummies- they taste SO GOOD! I take quite a few pills daily so adding in another supplement gets to be annoying to me, but not with these gummies. Because they taste so good I actually look forward to taking them every day! I keep them in the bathroom by my toothbrush so I remember to take them every morning. I’m super happy with these gummies! I regularly take biotin gummies, and since my go-to brand of gummies has recently gotten too pricey, I switched over to these. I haven't seen much of a difference in my hair positively, and if anything, I've began to lose more hair compared to other brands. Plus, the taste of them makes me feel sick. At first I didn't mind, but having a few left in the bottle now from taking them for about a month, I gave 3 stars because their taste is just too gross for me to give anything more. They work fine for other people and my hair did not decline much in quality, so for me its a hard 3.

I've been taking them for about a month and they've helped me a lot with hair loss. I've tried some other products, but these were a perfect complement; their flavor is delicious.
