Doesn’t work, Tech support from seller is no help.
I bought this product, I have been trying to set it up for the past two days. When turning the computer on to set it up, the computer keeps freezing. I did all troubleshooting steps, and they all didn’t work. I tried contacting the seller for Tech support, he said he couldn’t find my invoice number in their system. He had me call Amazon, they sent the same troubleshooting steps and gave me the same invoice number I gave the tech support guy. Amazon transferred me to the seller, it was the same guy, and he still couldn’t find my invoice number or my zip code to help me. So he couldn’t help me fix the problem.
