How does it hold up when running over 3/4 minus sized gravel?

Best is to install the teflon wear bars on the bottom.......they take the beating.....order them from Shappell.....use 3 per sled.....rock solid and wear forever !!!

The sled is 54x25x10. I used it attached to an ATV to pull deer out of the woods. Excellent! It was easy to load and pull. I would recommend it to anyone.

would it work for hauling stuff across sand on a beach( chairs, cooler, umbrella,etc? And how about across parking lot to get to the car?

Should work on sand...not sure about parking lot...would likely wear it out quickly....
