I’ve been using this pre-workout for 2 years. I’ve tried other low- and high-stimulant pre-workouts, and this one has become my go-to. I take it on workout days about 20 minutes before lifting. This preworkout has a bit of kick to it and may I say that I’m a fan. Haven’t noticed any jitters but I would advise anyone taking this to use it earlier in the day as I made the mistake to taking some after 2 PM and while I cannot say that my poor sleep that night was due to this I will maintain that this stuff is the main suspect. Taste is ok. It will give you the tangy shivers. Energy is great in my opinion. Not an much pump as other brands but this is a very solid performer.

It's a pretty midgrade pre-work out that is good for a beginner imo. The caffeine is high so beware of that and the beta alanine will give you some tingle too. Dissolves well without the chalky texture I've experienced with other pre-work outs. For the money, it's a good product. Not near as expensive as some others. If you're an experienced gym rat who likes insane pumps, this may not be the most effective one for you but would be great for a novice. It's standard serving size and number of servings in the container, nothing out of the ordinary. The color is a translucent white without a bunch of added colors in the blue raspberry flavor that I got. Effective, but not killer.

El sabor a mi me supo muy concentrado pero no es malo y si ya tienes experiencia tomando pre entrenamientos notarás que existen más fuertes en el mercado, en si el producto no es malo cumple con su función pero hasta ahí, no causa escalofríos ni sientes tanto el bajon al terminarse su efecto.
