Best purchase experience I've ever had! (Yes the product is great as well)
If you're like me, you've likely noticed the extreme degradation of almost every company and employee on the planet as the newer generation of phone slave disconnected robots enter the workforce. Mistakes are no big deal, communication is terrible, accountability is zero. Everyone is a winner.... Yes I'm more so the glass half empty kind of guy so please pay the MOST attention to the following: I had an issue with the product I received BUT the issue was 100% my fault and my responsibility. So one of my dogs decided that a component from the product looked like a perfectly good chew toy and basically destroyed the small piece. Oh well, no big deal. I contacted Rolflex and informed them of the situation and asked if I could just purchase a replacement for the small part. I absolutely despise when people are dishonest for the sake of obtaining something for free because I firmly believe there is a chain effect to every action each one of us takes which has a greater weight than our short term thinking usually allows. This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND to the highest degree to accommodate me. I was literally so blown away that I ran over to my wife to tell her she had to see the follow up I had received regarding my inquiry. I mean I was shocked, this company was so selfless that they actually trumped any customer experience I'd ever had. Even including ones in the good old days. I can't remember if I've even ever left a review for anything I've ever bought on Amazon in all the years I have been a member but I felt absolutely obligated to leave Rolflex a review. Companies like this need to thrive. They need to be the norm, and they absolutely set a gold standard for others to follow. Why is this so important? because they will always try their best which is an absolute rarity today. So take that same consideration and apply it to a product....You get the point. As for the product I have used it several times with great results. I bought it mainly to relieve aching joints and muscle tissue that never seemed to release tension. I work on heavy off road construction equipment for a living and also weight train heavily outside of work. I am constantly being battered. I never used to notice much pain from these activities but now that I'm approaching 40, yaaaa definitely not superman anymore. I also find that is great for stretching certain muscles that are tough to reach through normal stretching routines. I don't think that the stretching is an advertised perk of the Rolflex but in my case it does help. It is a seemingly expensive product. But if you consider the research, design, and liability that comes along with creating a product like this, it's actually a pretty good deal. Rolflex is also a small business and I fully appreciate supporting them. I am excited to see what other products they will develop in the future. They are also clearly trying harder than most other companies out there to ensure they put out a good product and maintain strong customer loyalty. You just can't beat that and in most cases even find it these days. Lastly, my strongest suggestion would be to READ the instructions and WATCH the videos pertaining to ANY type of muscle or joint you are trying to alleviate. Yes, it's possible you can make things worse but Rolflex is providing all the resources you need to prevent doing so. I mainly added this last part in because I had read some reviews where people had complained that using the Rolflex made this or that worse. Hint: It wasn't the fault of the product. I have had no issues what so ever when using this product for it's intentions and in accordance with instructions. Thank you to infinity Rolfex for all of your top notch consideration!!! You've created a forever customer through a single transaction which is in my opinion a feat to brag about :)

Fixed fascia problems I've had for 15 years!
I've been dealing with fascia problems for 15 years and have tried so many massage rollers, percussion instruments, and deep therapy massage, but this is the only thing that has made a big difference. It's so easy to use compared to massage rollers, since all it takes is a small squeeze from your hand to greatly alter the pressure. The bumpy yellow part is just the right width to get a good, deep massage, and you can aim it specifically to the trigger points along your muscle. After using this daily for a month, not only is my fascia feeling better (less tight/knotty) but other parts of my body that were compensating for the parts affected by thickened/inflamed fascia are feeling better too. To note: the Rolflex is great for forearms and calves but doesn't quite work for quads (it's a bit awkward) or glutes, so I use a foam roller for those areas. I absolutely recommend this product though!

Works
The swivel design on the rollers are great; instead of it being a press, your momentum is preserved and makes for an easy and efficient massage device. Pressure is adjustable, and the post session pain relief feels like night and day when you realize how much lactic acid you've accumulated. I didn't give 5 stars because I just bought it and haven't found issues with it yet and the rubber bottom is not very stable, so make sure you're wearing jeans or you're using a flat and static surface.

This Roller/Massager works! It’s almost like having a physical therapist doing it.
I don’t write reviews primarily due to time constraints with a busy schedule. But this pressure massager was an injury healing solution for my golf game. It deserved my input to help others who may have a similar injury that is sidelining your golf game. Golfers elbow, when it’s severe, is horrible! Being that my point of tendon/muscle binding was near the elbow bone and radiating down my right forearm. Finding a deep pressure massage roller to accommodate the target area of the elbow joint was difficult. I could go to a physical therapist who would use a hard rubber roller to relieve the binding with a similar technique this device replicates. It’s easy to use plus it allows you the ability to control the amount of pressure being applied manually with your free hand. The idea and it’s a somewhat painful one, is you need to roll out the tendon/muscle where the binding is happening. Yes, it hurts, at first. But as you continue to use the massager daily the pain becomes less. You don’t want to go crazy hard with pressure thinking you’ll just bust up the tendon binding quickly and injure yourself more. Just apply enough pressure that you’re feeling some pain and discomfort. Keep rolling the massager over the injury to work the knot(s) away from the binding while pushing the massager farther away from the injured area to dissipate the knot. In severe cases, like mine. I accomplished this over 3 days using the massager 3x’s a day. I would ice my elbow and forearm for 20 minutes. Then use the roller for 3-5 continuous minutes. Ice again for 10 minutes. Doing it all again in several hours while watch tv. That’s what’s cool about this massager. You can use it from almost any position for the elbow/arm by lying down or sitting up. I considered buying the cheaper version. Then decided I wanted this golfers elbow fixed, so I hedged my bet and went with this, the more expensive roller massager. I’m Glad I did.

Rolflex IS the Tool For Healthy Muscle Recovery!
My teeanage son is a varsity baseball pitcher and asked me to get a roller so he could massage his arm after pitching. He found a $20 item on Amazon. "You get what you pay for," I told him. I sat down and researched higher-priced items. In the end, I purchased the $80 Rolflex for him. Fast foward 9 months and I am the very proud owner of 2 Rolflex and 1 Rollit, Rolflex's secondary product ($30). Precision Pressure: Probably the #1 feature of the Rolflex device and the Rollit, is the ability to adjust the pressure you apply to the muscle with very little effort and total precision. The hinged device, enables the user to gently increase or decrease the pressure with total precision using your fingertips holding the two handles together. Deterrants to Regular Use: If you use a rechargeable pulsating massage gun, which I have and do use, you probably enjoy the simplicity of the machine doing the work. The Rolflex is not that easy. That said, you cannot get the same therapeutic results with a massage gun that you can achieve with the Rolflex. It is easy to use, but it takes some practice. It's easy to use, but you have to learn your body's needs, how to position the Rolflex and which notch on the adjustable clamp to set the device, before you'll achieve maximum benefit. Once you do...IT IS INCREDIBLE! Learning to Use Rolflex: The videos are a great starting point, but there are sooo many more muscles you can dig into if you work at it. For example, as a tennis player, my outer shoulder muscles need therapy regularly. Placing the weighty rubber base on the thigh, opening the clamp to the larger settings and leaning forward until the yellow roller is on the shoulder muscles requires a comfortable position on a firm chair. Once you get it in place, gradually moving the shoulder in and out of the Rolflex while adjusting pressure is heavenly. The same is true for the larger muscles of the leg. Again, it takes practice, but the more I have used it, the more I've found ways to dig into the muscles of the legs and arms and there is no question that my body has benefited from a regular routine of rolling out the muscles daily. Rollit (their secondary product): The more I used the Rolflex, the more I craved a similar device for the neck and upper shoulder / high back muscles. Enter the Rollit. Essentially, it's half of the Rolflex clamp device with a long strap attached to it. The strap has thumb loops that work perfectly. This device takes practice as well and more creativity than the Rolflex, but once you get used to setting it on the muscles and looping the strap around your body and into your free hand, the ability to roll the device on neck, shoulder, upper back, side back muscles and even on the pectoral muscles in front the therapeutic benefits are FANTASTIC! If you are serious about taking care of your sore muscles, THIS IS THE TOOL you need in your arsenal. I got tired of sharing with my son, so I bought one for myself. As a baseball umpire, soccer referee, tennis player and surfer at age 53, I am certain that Rolflex and the Rollit will enable me to stay healthy and avoid injury for many years to come.

Works as shown but did not alleviate my symtoms.
It didn't help much for my tennis elbow. Hurts like hell, tried following the videos as instructed for about a week a few times a day. No help, just more pain.

Actually works
I was very skeptical at first. I bought the basic version of this product. I messed my arm up at the beginning of the year. And at my current job I do a lot of heavy lifting and man handling things at my job. Im very good at my job. Even injured I can do it all day everyday. But still I needed something more than braces ice packs and biofreeze. My arm was progressively getting worse everyday. I broke down one morning waiting to go inside for work amd bought this on a friday morning. Received it the very next day. Since last Saturday ive been using it 3 times a day. And still doing my job 5 days a week. And all I can say is my arm is feeling so much better today than it was a week ago when it hurt just to carry my water bottle around with that arm. Now its still sore but it is so much better than what it was. This feels like a miracle massager. I thought I was eventually going to be put out of work amd have to go to a physical therapist. I recommend this product 100%

Does what it says
After seeing an ad on Instagram for this, I bought this to attempt to treat tennis elbow that I have had for about 8 months. I use this for about 3 minutes per forearm in addition to a elbow heating pad that I have on for about 30 minutes. After about 2 weeks of this, it might be too soon to say if it's getting better or not, but I do know that this device really does get deep into the forearm muscles. Rolling my forearms is supposed to increase bloodflow and promote healing, but I believe it's going to be a long road for me. I've tried it on my calf muscle as well, but found it a bit too firm for me since I don't have issues there. That's just me being a wimp though; if you need/want to use this on your calf you definitely can, but I'd rather use a massage gun. Read the instructions, so you know you're doing this right. It's called a Rolflex, as in roll your arm through to find the knots, then flex your arm or twist your hand to engage the muscle which will really get the massager into the muscle. I purchased this in October, and I got the gray model that's pictured, not the blue one. I got the basic version, and the yellow massager piece is plenty firm. Save your money and just get the basic one. It's very light and the plastic feels durable enough. I don't know if their claims about the plastic being able to be run over by a car are legit, but I'm not going to find out. The bottom is quite grippy so that you can hold it in place on a table or on your thigh. Item is kind of large, but easy to move around.

Works great
Genius product this works so much better than a traditional foam roller for legs and arms!

Fantastico x i polpacci
Una manna per i polpacci. Può essere usato anche come massaggiatore “a matterello” Non lo vedo bene invece per le altre parti del corpo, dove il classico foam roller é meglio.
