nice solid bar.
Great exercise bar. Was wary with the bar coming in 3 pieces, but it goes together well and feels solid once it's mounted. Comes with big wood screws and cement anchors as options to mount. I ended up buying my own 2" lag bolts to mount since I have exposed joists i could go all the way through. I have it mounted to a 2x12 and it takes my weight (175lbs) with no problem. Haven't used the carabiner system yet but might look into it. Looks like a nice bonus feature.

Good quality, installable for wood or drywall.
Bar is sturdy, screws are good. It comes with drywall and wood screws. We installed it into a solid wood beam outside without any problems. It measures slightly under 32 inches, and the packaging was a bit messed up, as well as there not being very detailed instructions in the package, although the setup is straightforward. Overall good quality, excited to use it.

Strong and effective
I was using a door frame mounted pull-up bar and the problem was that it just wasn't high enough. That's why I ordered the Seleware. Mounted above my door frame puts it at the perfect height for me to hang without my feet touching the floor and perform pull-ups from the lowest position - which is much more difficult but a better workout. The bar is super strong and solid and comes with all the hardware needed to mount to studs or concrete.

他のメーカーの物は、4点止めで幅も少し長いので強度的に不安でした。しかしこの商品は6点止めで、しかも幅は日本のドア幅にしっくりくるサイズです。付属ボルトはM8でピッチが粗いので、M5に変更してかつ大ワッシャーをかまして取付けました。ばっちりです！！
