I didn't realize how loose my factory switches were
Works as it should and install was super simple. Just remove the downward facing screw from handgrip portion then pull up and forward. The switch has 4 screws that must be removed. Push the white tab on the plug as you pull it out. I pried gently with a screw driver while pushing the tab in and it popped right out. The entire procedure took 5 minutes, including time to figure out how to remove the panel to get to the factory switch. I had no idea how loose my factory switches were.

Works great, easy to install
I needed a new driver side door window switch for my Subaru Outback, ordered this one, I got it the next day and it was simple to install and works great, hard to notice any difference from the factory one. Great buy and great deal!

works fine. The challenge was to remove the access to the old one.
The challenge was prying off the cover to access the switch plate on a 04 Subaru Outback. Once the plate is off, then all else is easy.
