Off the bat the incense holder is beautiful, just like in the pictures. The first two pictures I took I had to adjust the exposure on my camera to capture the true color. You’ll see in other pictures and videos that the light affects the color of the holder, making it look much lighter/brighter than it really is. Every piece was included and the craftsmanship looks quality. Definitely a great value to price ratio. There are some reviews that mention parts were missing. It seemed that some customers expected more than one kind of incense, but if you look closely at the pictures you’ll see that only one incense is supposed to be included. I received the frankincense cones, which smell great and lasted a good amount of time. You should always make sure the vessel you’re using to burn incense is either lined with something fireproof or that it’s fireproof itself so that it doesn’t break and there’s no accidents. I used sand in this one because it’s a solid go-to. The fireproof cloth is included but I decided to put the holder on top of the cloth as a layer between my table and the holder for added safety. The lid is metal, which will get hot so I recommend using some tongs to remove and place the lid. I initially got this to burn loose leaf incense using a charcoal disc. This thing got HOT so absolutely use something like sand if you plan on doing the same as me or it will definitely break. The stick incense holder is adorable and small, it holds a stick so it’s pretty straight forward. Make sure it’s on a stable, flat, and solid surface though or it’ll fall over from the weight of the stick. The way the smoke comes out through the lid is mesmerizing I could watch it for hours. What you see is what you get (hopefully) so pay attention to the details in pictures and look for product dimensions before deciding to purchase or you might be disappointed. I’m very happy with mine 10/10 recommend!

A very well-made incense burner, has a nice weight to it. The color is not as vibrant as the photos show, but still pretty. It was pretty enough for me to buy another one in a different color!

Very pretty, and I like the size. It's definitely purple, not pink like the main picture. Functionally there are a couple issues: roach clip was missing, but it did include a very lightweight stick holder. The opening of stick holder was a little too big for the incense sticks I have, so the sticks did not stand up straight, meaning I had to position the holder off to one side so ashes would fall inside the burner instead of on the counter. Also, the bottom inside the burner is not flat so the stick holder did not sit up straight, and seemed unstable.

Beautiful piece. Nice for a center piece on a small table or on a shelf. So pretty I don’t want to use it lol

Definitely pretty to look at... mine came with the clip and a pack of coils, but without a brass holder, it is not exactly safe to burn a coil directly on fireproof cotton... so I currently have it going with the coil on the clip. I will say even though mine is sturdy, one of the three little legs has a CHUNK missing from it, but it doesn't look like it's going to fully break off so it'll do. It was only eight bucks so it is what it is. More or less just to see if it is something that will help with my meditation and possibly investing in a better one in the future. All in all? Gets the job done, but would be better if it... wasn't cracked or came with a holder.

Beautiful and functional

Great color. Very solid base and brass top. Accessories (clips & fire-proof liner) are quality grade. There's a drainage hole in the bottom; I plan to fill it with sand and the hole seems easy to plug up, but no plug comes with the original set. The incense provided was not cone-shaped, but was coiled, but hey, it's a free sample, so that's fine with me. This bowl was on sale for an excellent price, so worth the purchase.

Product is nice. However, only the incense burner and lid was found in the package. Other items as shown in the product images were missing.

This burner fits in the palm of your hand but it packs a punch. The heat resistant pad that it comes with really works. The incense was burnt directly on the pad and it didn't scorch much...see photo. You can wipe the pad clean and no issue. I had to turn the incense a few times thus all the match sticks. Btw it's sitting on a flower pot base, you can paint the base to personalize it course. The pot does get slightly warm not hot...wipe clean. The ceramic pot got dark around the edge but that's expected. I would definitely get another color. This is it Look no further.

I ordered a flambé-blue but it was not that colour when I received it. It was rather an emerald green. However, I like the green too so am going to keep it.
