Poor quality. I was excited to get this phone case because the description said that the pop stand on the case was build to last. It said that the pop stand was screwed in to the case so that it wouldn’t fall off like other pop stands. Sadly, it literally fell of within minutes of putting the case on my phone. The holes where the screws were threaded through were completely stripped. There was no fixing it. Also the case says that it is a dark metallic glitter case but when I received my case there was a sheet of htv vinyl meant to go in between your phone and the case. Thus my poor review of this product.

I got the iPhone XMas case and the design is really nice and handy that it comes with neck strap for extra safety in case the phone slip through the hands. I really want to give this 4 or 5 stars but the volume control and mute button are really hard to push to control the phone volume and you really have to dig your fingers into the button area to have the iPhone respond to the volume. The side of the phone doesn't feel as if it has a good grip and feel as if it is going to slip from the hands, so I just use the ring on the back as extra safety. As for the volume button, I just hope mine was not a defective case.

I gave this four stars because it wasn’t as shiny as it shows in the pictures. I exchanged for another color but ultimately returned because the rhinestones on the side irritated my hands.

I received my phone case today and was really looking forward to it since I got my new iPhone XS Max, Everything about this phone case is so beautiful!! I actually did read up on a few cases before purchasing this one caught my eye, but I received my package and was super excited, everything is perfect except the ring on the back doesn’t rotate at all i just can lift the ring but there’s no way of rotating it to hold my phone comfortably, it is a beautiful case and I would have given 5stars if it wasn’t for that issue.

I bought this for my daughter, she has 2 small boys and the constantly take her phone from wherever she puts it. She thought it was a bit dorky when I gave it to her, but now she loves it. The boys can not take her phone, she doesn't have to place it in out of reach locations. Some of her friends made fun of her at first, but now I am seeing more of them with similar hang around your neck phone cases. Maybe she has started a trend.

I live this case!! Only problem is that it makes it very difficult to adjust the volume. If this could be corrected, it would be an awesome case!

This case is very pretty and arrived quickly. The only thing I don't like is the buttons on the side are stiff and make it very hard to adjust the volume, etc.
