Nuby Step Up Stool, Colors May Vary

I bought this stool for my sister's children 15+ years ago. It's ugly and it looks like it belongs in a circus, but it gets the job done. My nieces and nephews are all tall enough that this stool isn't used by them anymore but for the last 10 years it's lived in front of the their deep, top load washing machine for retrieval of the socks and tiny items that are just out of reach. When I ened up replacing my washer with a similar design I went straight to find this stool and am pleased to find it still made. Between the rubber top and the rubberized feet it's non-slip and it is so sturdy. My only complaint is the colors (this looks straight out of Caillou) but I did see if I wanted to pay $5 more there was a grey/white version. Anyway, buy this stool. It will outlast your children's need for it and is a great help for those of us adults that are vertically challenged.

Fantastic step stool for our toddlers... solid, strong plastic, with a base -slightly- wider than the top. No chance of a tip-over. The bottom of the feet are also rubberized so the stool doesn't slide.I don't know what the weight limit is supposed to be, but I'll admit to using this (at 190lbs) to change light bulbs over the bathroom sink with no flex from the plastic. Cleans easily and the colors are nice and vibrant. (I only wish they let you specify which color you're going to get! We ended up with one that's blue and red and another that's yellow and orange.)

This is the most affordable stool i found and it is a great deal! The quality is great. The plastic is very thick and the rubbery feet keep it from sliding around. I also like the texture on the step, it keeps my son from slipping off when he inevitability gets it wet. I use this stool myself all the time and it supports my weight just fine. It has been thrown, kicked, and jumped on and still looks good as new. I will buy another one if this one ever gives out but I highly doubt I will need to.

I know they said "Colors May Vary", but I wish Amazon would only stock gender neutral colors if they are not going to allow me to choose. I'm bummed that my son now has a pink and purple step stool that looks very girly. Be forewarned if you are buying this for a boy. The stool seems sturdy and safe, but we just got it today so can't really comment much on that aspect yet.

This stool exceeded my expectations. It is extremely sturdy, not the slightest bit tippy, and has non-slip feet as well as a non-slip top. I bought it for my 20 month old daughter so she could stand at the bathroom sink and wash her own hands. Works perfectly for that. I thought that it was a typo in the product description that it will hold up to 800 lbs, but the paperwork on the stool also states the same. My husband is a big man and the stool did not even "flinch" when he stood on it. Well worth the money and not being able to pick colors is no big deal.

8" high. Super sturdy. Not skid feet and top. Really just bomb proof. Much better made than Ikea other similar stools. Perfect.

This stool is great!! I got it for my 17 month old daughter to use it around the house and she loves it. My daughter will climb on anything to try to get to something so I thought a nice step stool would help her with washing her hands and brushing her teeth. It is extremely sturdy. I used it the other day to replace a few light bulbs. I also love it because it is so light weight. My daughter carries it from room to room all by herself. It is a great stool for the price.

We already had one of these stools that we were able to purchase at a local store and knew that they were great. The local store is no longer stocking the stool for some reason so I began an intense search because this stool is the best for small children that are learning to brush their teeth, wash their hands and go potty. Its incredible strong and durable and I think it really could hold up to the 800 pound limit is claims to hold. The non-skid rubber feet make it solid on any floor surface. Would be great if you could pick your colors scheme, but for as far as stools for little kids this is the absolutely the best for the price. And you can't beat Amazon for delivering and trusted service.
