Good Products with funny sticker
This snatch block is well made and works well. The sticker clearly wasnt designed by a native English speaker as it says the max load is 2,2000 pounds. It also warns not to exceed "capucty" which is also funny.

Built Solid for Heavy Duty Use
Needed a redirect for tensioning trees I was cutting down. With each tree weighing several thousand pounds I wanted something heavy duty and this did not disappoint. Solidly built and smooth action made for easy work. A must have for big jobs.

Almost perfect, but easily fixed to be
Nice and heavy item. Substantial size for extreme duty. I noticed the the only issue with its build quality is the use of a spring clip to hold the assembly together. Since I work in manufacturing, a cir-clip was used on each side of the pin to hold firm under extreme side loads, as a saftey precaution. I notice the use of spring clips on most all brands that make this type of item. So when using or purchasing an item like this, obtain a few cir-clips and replace those weak spring clips. It's the easiest thing to do to make this item bullet proof

Rope pulley
Good item, good quality and low price.

Will not work with standard grease gun.
This block is heavy enough for 12T but the lubricating system is not good. the grease nipple opening is not large enough to fit a standard grease gun. without replacing the grease nipple with an extended version, there is no way to lube the pulley. The opening for the grease fitting needs to be enlarged so you can get a standard grease gun down onto the fitting. Be warned. there is no lateral bearing surface so, the pulley continuously rubs on the outside casing without any lubrication.

Strong, needs some work to use for rope
Very beefy, larger than most available locally. Has a grease fitting but it is recessed into a hole that is too narrow for standard grease gun. Also edges of pulley are quite sharp so I had to put it in the lathe and put a bit of a radius on so it won’t cut rope. Those two things costed it one star.
