Nylon Soft Dog Muzzle for Dogs Prevent Anti Biting, Barking and Chewing, Adjustable Loop (M, Blue)

I bought this as my spaniel pulls horribly on the lead (he can pull me over) and can be aggressive towards dogs that frighten him. While it distracted him from behaving aggressively, he very quickly worked out how to slide his head in the mud in exactly the right way to get the muzzle off, which left him potentially unsafe AND caked in mud. I wrote to the manufacturer to ask if I was doing something wrong. They instantly responded, asking if I'd like to try, free of charge, their updated model which includes a head strap to make removing the muzzle very much more difficult for him. This arrived the next working day. Though it didn't come with instructions (my only complaint), I managed to fit it. I have just taken Bill for a lovely walk - no pulling, and the aggression reduced so dramatically that he actually stopped to do a pee by an old adversary! When off lead, he did twice manage to undo the buckle around the actual muzzle part, because he was determined to, but he seemed happy and comfortable with it. I cannot thank these people enough for their product and, more than anything, their exceptional customer service.

I have tried various products to help train my German Shepherd Franks to stop pulling on the lead to no avail until I tried this product.The Large was too small so I purchased the XL which fitted perfectly after easily adjusting, if the fit is correct is does not come off. As you can see in the picture I do not use it as a muzzle, I use it to stop Frank pulling on the lead and it works a treat. Adjust the muzzle so it sits higher up the snout and this allows panting, drinking, fetching a ball etc. At first Frank did not like the new halter however I gradually introduced him to wear it longer each time and he realised the halter means walks together.We can now go for daily walks and have fun together without pulling at last we are both happier with no pulling. Excellent product.

I absolutely love it! I read the other reviews and all the negative ones about it slipping off is only due to it not being fitted correctly. I ordered the Large for my German Shepherd and all I had to do was tighten the neck strap and it fits BEAUTIFULLY. You have the option to tighten the muzzle bit, however if you completely tighten it it stops the dog from being able to pant and drink etc although it could work as an anti bite/bark muzzle also! However it doesnt allow any more than a little nibble so really and truly its perfect!

Bought this for my Lurcher - Greyhound/Saluki. He has a tendency to get over exited when chasing dogs and sometimes tries to nip them so he needed a muzzle. This fitted quite well when the straps were adjusted allowing him some mouth freedom. Took him only a short time to get used to it, tried to paw it off unsuccessfully!Nice and lightweight and easy to put on.

This is an excellent muzzle. I bought this because my Mastiff/boxer puppy is tearing up my home. Because of the shape of his snout it was important to make sure it fit just right, which was easy because you can adjust the neck strap and the muzzle itself. Which means I could make sure that he could drink and breath properly, whilst just enough space to give him a treat (which he just held in his lips because he was sulking)We left him alone yesterday and came back to an intact house. Which meant that we had a day without frustration and shouting, which meant lots of cuddles. :)

I bought this for my Scottie after he was attacked by a pack of Staffies and became fearful aggressive towards dogs that he did not know. This has given me the confidence to let him interact with other dogs and he is less fearful now that he has had some positive experiences. I like that it is discreet as I did not want him labelled as aggressive (he wasn't until the terrifying attack). It appears to be comfortable for him. He is happy for me to put it on, but he has managed to rub it off a few times, but this is because the neck strap gradually works loose. Make sure you tighten/check it every-time that you put it on. I hope that with time, he will gain more confidence and will not need it, but as long as he does, I will continue to buy this brand if I need to replace it.

I'm really impressed with this collar, the last one I had was a 'non pull' one and it always looked like it was uncomfortable. My dog is half lab, half staff and as lovely as he is he can be quite lively and strong so a collar like this is needed. After reading the comments I was worried it might come off but I did see one where it said if it's tighened enough it would stay on and it's true. The nose part is wide and soft so it doesn't dig in at all and the whole thing just fits well. Walking him isn't so hard with this on and is enjoyable again. I would recommend anyone with buying this and I would buy again

Had this for about 6 to 9 months now and used daily. After about a week the stitching on the ring broke and it slid right up the side of my dog's face.The material is good and solid though, my dog is a German Shepherd cross Australian Cattle Dog so he's not small and he pulls a lot. I did switch this out for another product for a week after it broke stitching but because this felt so solid and didn't pinch on his nose as much, I chose to repair it myself.Since then I've had no issues at all and it's been the most solid muzzle I've used.
