On time delivery and communication regarding tracking of the order.

I bought for my upcoming studio as a beginner makeup artist. It is a good buy for starting out if on budget but it isn’t sturdy enough so it’s best to just save a little and buy a more sturdier one.it is good but not durable and sturdy enough

I really like the design of this product. It was the best-looking chair no doubt, especially with the hunter green accent! I would buy it again, but I will say that the only pushback I have was with the instructions or simple things on putting it together. Each thing had a specific thing that fixed it, but before I figured that out, it was frustrating me. The first issue was when I was inserting the seat cloth, it kept getting stuck on the wood inside the grooves, because there would be sharp edges inside the grooves that would get caught on the cloth. If the cloth was covered in a thin plastic, it would make it a lot easier. The trick was on this one, if it gets stuck, lift it and pull forward, and that seemed to work. It took me about 3 extra minutes to get it to got the last inch haha. Not a huge issue now that it is put together. The other issue I had was pushing the metal connectors down. You have to push them down so they are flat according to the instructions, but it doesn't say in the instructions a specific way on how to do this. Since they are thin and metal and close together tightly, I figured that pushing them down with my hands was not a good idea as to avoid cutting my hands. So the first thing I tried was using a hammer and tapping them down to see if that worked. That did not work, so then I tried using my hands against my better judgment. Luckily, I did not cut myself, but I used all the force I had to try to push them down, but I still couldn't. I was literally shaking and my face turning red with how hard I was trying to push them down with my hands. But still nothing. So I stood up, took a breath, and then it finally dawned on me to stomp on them to push them down! This is a trick my Dad taught me when changing a car tire and you need to loosen the lug nut off the wheel. You stand on it and jump up and down if you have to to loosen the lug, and that is how you do it if you cannot move it with your hands! Doesn't sound super safe, I know, but you're only a foot or less off the ground, so best way I know haha. Anyway, that was the key. It finally worked when I stood up to the chair, put my foot on the metal bars, and pushed them down with my leg. Like all humans, we have a lot more strength and muscle in our legs than in our hands! So, after finally doing that I was able to push the metal bars straight and install the foot rest, and now I'm happy! So I just wanted to post this review, so that if anyone buys this, they will save 5-10 minutes of frustration trying to figure out how to put this together. It wasn't many steps, but just little things like saying use your foot to press the bars down instead of press the bars down goes a long way, and hopefully the company can update the instructions. The chair is sturdy, but I am wondering if I have received a refurbished chair. All four of the foot pads have these marks.

We own a production company and studio and we have 4 of these chairs. They have held up great over the 2-3 years we've had them; however one has taken a little more wear and tear than the others and we want to get in touch with the store to inquire about ordering a replacement seat insert. one of them has torn and can no longer be sat in. the body of the chair is still in perfect condition so we would hope not to have to replace the whole chair. Can a representative help me get in touch with the store? My order customer service window has expired.

Chair did not last one use. Wood split on one of the legs down the middle. I’m very sad, it looked really good and seemed reasonably sturdy once assembled but looks I guess are deceiving.

My wife is an artist, and does quite a few art shows each year. We decided to go with these tall director chairs, so we could actually see people walking into her booth space. Most people have regular height chairs, and it can be difficult to see what goes on when there are a lot of people looking at her work. These were the perfect solution. They are a little hard to assemble, only because of the footrest. But we have used them several times since we got them, and likely will use them till they fall apart! Great canvas seat and back. Very durable. They fold nicely for storage, and again, just very nice to sit up a little higher in these art shows.

Der Stuhl ist leider schon beschädigt bei mir angekommen (siehe Fotos). Schade, da er optisch schön ist. Ich werde ihn zurückschicken und hoffe auf eine problemlose Rückerstattung 🥺

The chair looks good. Assembly is easy enough. It supported my 210lb body without breaking and wasn’t wobbly. Can’t ask for much more than that. We’ll see if the chair lasts through some press day interview junkets.
