Doing well after a slow start
I bought several carnivorous plants at the same time and the others caught their own food in either traps or pitchers. This one was more complicated as the monkey jugs were closed and I couldn't see how insects could enter and provide nutrition - but the leaves were very healthy and new ones appeared. After several months the plant grew two much larger jugs (they are a deep purple) which are open at the top so I drop the occasional housefly in.
