Fantastic tongs! I had been looking for tongs shaped like a spatula on both sides to flip my food. These are lightweight and are easy to use because they grasp my food with very little pressure and they spring open once I release my grip. These tongs look and feel durable with good quality in a nice black and silver color. These tongs are made with stainless steel and a silicone material that's soft to the touch; it doesn't scratch my pots and pans. The silicone tongs also sturdy to hold it's shape and grasp my food securely. I hand washed my tongs in warm soapy dish water and they were easy to clean. I like that there's a hoop ring at the end of the tongs that you pull outward to secure the tongs in the closed position when your done and you press the hoop inward to open the tongs for use. Putting the tongs in the closed position makes them easy for hanging, storing in a drawer, or displaying in an open container on your counter. Overall, I'm very satisfied and my search is finally over because I found my perfect tongs! I got these tongs in the 7 and 9 inch size in a 2 pack and I definitely find value in it's purchase!

TLDR. Good, utilitarian tongs, will not last forever. Reccomend. I had a pair of tongs that were very similar to these for which I was looking for a replacement. These are great but they have the same weaknesses. Pros: They are thin enough to scrape but thick enough to hold large things. The metal goes all the way in so they are stiff but the angle of pinch or gap can be adjusted easily. The silicone on the handles adds extra grip. The lock doesn't slip and is a push-off lock which is the best kind for opening quickly. The silicone will not melt and the stainless steel can be cleaned with caustic cleaners and not be affected if needed. Not many places to collect food and super resistant to staining. Cons: The metal eventually poked through the plastic tip in the ones I had that were the same style which made them not useable for scraping non-stick. This was after a couple years. The silicone pads on the grips eventually slipped and broke off because they were flimsy. Difficult to lock closed with one hand. Like all manufactured silicone products, I suggest baking in a 200°F oven for 30 minutes and then washing thoroughly. This will finalize the curing and outgassing process and keep plastic products from getting in your food. Science is not settled on whether these are harmful or not but it's probably best to reduce exposure. Kinda gross either way.

I like these tongs and bought them without considering size. My intention was to use them to flip sandwiches I was grilling. They’re a little too narrow, but they work alright. Definitely better than a single sided spatula for someone who doesn’t want to be burned by a hot grill! I wish there had been a photo of the tongs with items for size comparison. I am not so unhappy that I’ll return them however. They work well enough and I can see myself using them regardless. They match my other tongs nicely and seem well constructed.

So glad I found these, box of 3. They are fantastic and made with silicone. Old one I had was a hard plastic and did not like. Great for flipping any kind of meat patties, pancakes and waffles. A must have for your kitchen! Great quality.

I have used a few times work good for turning hamburger and sausage patties even used for fried potatoes easy to clean seem sturdy I have a set off tongs with the spring in handle if they last as long as them they will be good.

These Tongs have a very comfortable grip, with a locking feature to help control the the tension. Ideal for Grilling or just flipping cheese sandwiches on the stove. The spatula is made of Silicone which won't scratch your teflon pans, yet sturdy enough to be used on the back yard grill.

I just received these today and have not used them yet. Preliminary impression is the quality is very good but the turning paddles are too small. I can't imagine turning a rubin with these but fortunately a long and short pair are sent so I will use both on turning a large sandwich. I will have to work out the coordination on that but one set is fine for turning a sandwich English Muffin.

These tongs work well and are a huge help for my husband who had Essential Tremors. Cooking was a challenge when it came to flipping food in the frying pan. This has made such a difference! They are durable and clean easily.

Le doy cuatro estrellas porque el filo debería ser mas refinado para facilitar el ingreso por debajo de lo que se está manejando. Ojalá que las próximas versiones vengan con ésta mejora.
