So Great
I am very pleased with this shapewear. Over the years, I have slowly added inches to my waistline; so, I am using this to get it back down to size. Along with exercise, I am seeing great results very quickly.

WAY TOO SMALL
I weigh 136 pregnant and now weigh 124 postpartum...the belts do not even fit around. There are absolutely no instructions, in fact I received instructions for the wrong item. Forget about returning it because the shipping back costs more than the belt itself. What a rip off...

This is a great product
I lost 184 pounds..nothing works until I tried this it hold perfectly it stays in place
