I have weak ankles from different injuries and have tried so many different supports but never found one that didn’t end up hurting still. I usually have to wear a support on both ankles or I’m in pain, ordered one only these to see how well it worked and I’ll definitely be ordering another. The pain eased almost as soon as it was on and my ankle felt supported and comfortable even with being on me feet all day in a very active job. Would definitely recommend

Yes it is good for running. I was sceptical about this product as it has 5 star reviews and cheaper than some of the other brands on the market. I ordered to see what difference it would make before purchasing more and reviewing it. Initially. I bought this due to a muscle strain from training couch to 5 km. As soon as I got it, I put it on. The relief was immediate and my ankle/foot pain eased significantly. Day 1, I iced my ankle repeatedly. Day 2, I wore the brace from sun up to sun down. Day 3 same as Day 2, but started walking. Day 4 to Day 7, I wore the brace all day and walked. Now I just wear the brace during exercise. It makes me feel confident that I won't injure my ankle. I have a tendency to get ankle sprains in the same ankle I injured with a muscle strain. So far I haven't had any problems with this product and bought 3 more to be able to have one in the wash and 1 to use. The other 2 are for my partner.

I like the product,BUT BECAUSE OF MY PHYSICAL problems it was hard to get it on I had to use my item I use for putting on my socks I have 5 things wrong with the left foot I have arthrtus in the ankle a spur problem under the foot and insertion in the achilles my big toe and at some point they think that my other toes were fractured,so I would like to send it back

Product arrived on time. Gives some support however the velcro pulls fabric of the main sleeve. I don’t see this lasting.

I bought these back in Oct 2019 as I had a niggling achilles/calf issue. Started using them in July 2020 as I had a niggle in my left ankle. However, I have taken to using them pretty much all of the time--right and left ankle--the compression feels good and seems to keep niggles from starting. One thing I learned for constant use--wear them over your socks not under them. This stops all catching of the velcro on socks and there is not sensation of them digging into the sole of your foot. I will order more, so I can rotate them and run with them all the time.

Liked the fact its sock like and fits comfortable around ankle when wearing trainers or boots. Didn't like the fact that if you attach velcro to areas of sock. The velcro rips off the sock material a little, so through time could cause severe baubling effect to sock. Be careful fitting and pay attention to instructions. As I didn't then did and there is a difference.

I bought this because I’m an avid gym fan, but I’m dealing with a long-term back injury, which has caused residual pain in my ankle and hip. I’m relatively young, but these problems are chronic and cause me a lot of discomfort which inhibits my training schedule. Having tried many other support braces and been highly disappointed, this one is firm enough, tight enough and fits perfectly. Furthermore it feels really well-made and is quite stylish as it is in black and I wear legwarmers over the top. I highly recommend this product and have every intention of buying a second one. Give it a go!

suffer with my ankle ligaments, brought this as comes recommended, the sizing was a little off and hasn't lasted as long as I would have hoped with holes appearing, but did provide a lot of pain relief , the product could be a little more wear resistant however cant really complain.
