Brilliant . Have used them in my sketchers after i took the gel insole out .

Got these to use in barefoot shoes as wanted something thin and had heard good things about cork insoles. these are ridiculously flimsy, and will not stay in the shoe when you take them off. the terry cloth top is bobbly and uncomfortable underfoot. the cork is super thin. They are already looking shabby after ten minutes use look as though they wont last more than a day or so. You need to cut to size so can't be returned. a total waste of money don't bother.

Is not one size fits all

Very thin and stiff enough to not scrunch up when removing slip-ons. No latex. Promptly ordered another pair.

Perfect for my new trainers which were just 0.5 size too big, without disrupting the feel of the shoe. I was searching specifically for a thin zero-drop insole, as I have recently wanted to try more barefoot-style shoes. This insole was perfect for that purpose, and also served as no support, which is exactly the point in barefoot shoes, but is not the point of more 'conventional' shoes. I would caution anyone looking for more support from their insoles, but for a barefoot or thin desired insole, this does the job perfectly. I measured up by taking out my trainer's existing barefoot sole, and tracing around the outside onto the new insole with a pencil. I cut out the size with a hobby knife with extra room around the outside so I could adjust if needed - I am glad I left the excess wiggle room. I continued to cut off thin slivers of the insole until they fit my trainers perfectly. A word of warning, if you want to use these insoles in wide toebox shoes, as I did, I doubt the width will be sufficient enough for anything larger than a UK 4.5. My trainers are a UK 4.5 and the width required in the toebox area was barely the right size for these insoles. Any larger shoe would have been too wide to fit this insole edge to edge. Overall, really pleased with the purchase for my specific needs.

Others crumple up but these stay flat

A very thin cork and fabric insole, easy to cut to size. Very flimsy, provide no support, 'But', that may be what you need. I don't know if they will withstand washing. If they are still alive in six months, I will update this. It's 3 months later, and they are ready for the bin. There Are 3 layers, the top layer is disintegrating, and a very thin layer can be seen flapping about. Very poor. Rating down from 3*, to 1 *

Very cheap insoles - you get what you pay for!

Perfect for minimalist shoe. Thin allows you to feel the ground.
