Before this product I had several problems with facial wash from different brands . Always had dry skin. But this one I love the feeling after using the wash.

Bought it for my wife for the second time. First time was a while ago and was perfect quality and came in its original box. However, this time the quality is completely different in terms of the liquid and the smell as well. Also it came in a sealable plastic bag and not in its original box. Don’t know why.!!!

The product I received looked like the product I was expecting (a gel-like cleanser) but the description on front of bottle was not same as that on the ad I clicked on to purchase. So who knows if I’m using it right thing!!? Furthermore, the barcode sticker on back of bottle also doesn’t match front of bottle. See pics. Won’t buy from Onsen again. Clearly poor quality control.

Definitely not the same product I’ve used before, the texture is different and the smell, also left my skin red and sensitive after. The packaging also wasn’t new at all. Orders the exfoliating peel and have the same complaint. Seem to have reacted to the products which I’ve used before and not reacted to.

I have super sensitive skin and typically do not change up my face products at all because I fear it will cause an eczema break out...but I was going to the ocean for a trip and knew I needed a face wash that had aloe in it to help protect my face from any burn I may have gotten. So I decided to buy the travel size of this face wash and give it a shot because I'd read nothing but great things. Instantly I fell in love with this face wash. It stopped my face from peeling, it smells delicious, it feels wonderful when you put it on and it leaves your skin looking dewey and natural. I am absolutely obsessed with this face wash and I will continue to get it ALWAYS! Just a pump or two is all you need for the magic to happen.

DURATA DEL PRODOTTO ✪ ✪ ✪ Mi lavo il viso due volte al giorno, un solo pump è sufficiente, il prodotto è durato quasi cinque mesi. In media tutti quelli che ho acquistato in precedenza di diverse marche mi duravano circa un mese/mese e mezzo in più. Tutto sommato non ci si può lamentare, per quel che mi riguarda. DETERSIONE: ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ Il prodotto pulisce la pelle piuttosto bene. Ovviamente non va inteso come struccante, quindi parlo di pulizia da agenti esterni, sudore ed eventualmente residui di trucco post struccante. IDRATAZIONE: ✪ ✪ Se utilizzato da solo, a fine detersione lascia la sensazione di pelle che tira. Teoricamente un buon prodotto non dovrebbe farlo, dovrebbe idratare in corso di pulizia. Per chi ha pelle mista o grassa, anche se si sarebbe portati a pensare il contrario, l’idratazione è fondamentale. Personalmente faccio una doppia pulizia del viso, utilizzando prima un detergente oleoso ma, nonostante tutto, dopo aver utilizzato questo detergente a base acquosa, mi tocca comunque di fare una doppia passata di tonico per idratare la pelle. QUALITÀ /PREZZO: ✪ ✪ ✪ Tutto sommato, calcolando durata, ingredienti e pulizia, non mi sento di dire che sia troppo caro. I prodotti di fascia alta non sono solitamente economici. Quello che mi lascia perplessa è soltanto il fatto che secca la pelle, cosa che da un prodotto di fascia medio alta non mi aspetterei. AGGRESSIVITÀ SULLA PELLE: ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ Ho la pelle abbastanza sensibile che tende ad arrossarsi subito, tuttavia con questo prodotto non ho notato reazioni particolari. La pelle non si è mai arrossata dopo l’utilizzo del prodotto, né ha mai fatto reazione a qualche ingrediente. Sotto questo aspetto, la formulazione a mio parere è promossa. A conti fatti, mi sento di dire che come prodotto non è male. Però ho pelle mista a tendenza acneica che richiede principalmente una buona idratazione, cosa che in questo prodotto ahimè non ho trovato. Quindi, non penso lo ricomprerò.

I heard really good reviews about Onsen from profesional models, so i was looking forward to try Onsen products on my oily to combination skin. This cleanser has a very gentil texture,fresh natural scent, it doesn’t make my skin dry like other cleanser i have used before, that’s very important for me. My skin feels clean and hydrated at the same tim,and i see instant impprovement, is less oily and appears less irritated! Definitely would buy again!

Very nice and benign facewash for someone here with sensitive skin. The formula leaves your face feeling squeaky clean and tight (which is a feeling that someone with aging skin prefers). The only reason for 4 stars was that they have changed the pump style and I find it squirts a much smaller amount of the formula than it used to, which is definitely not enough to wash your makeup off. Otherwise, the wash is gentle and has a very unaggressive smell.

I am very impressed with the Onsen face gel wash. I normally don't like to use gel face washers especially, but this one was great to use. I noticed the difference in my skin immediately. Even had a little glow to it. The tightening of the pores you will notice are shrinking after daily usage. Hands down one of the best facial gel washers. I received a very nice sized bottle (5.6 fl. oz) to be exact for free. I only needed to pay the shipping and handling, and that was an awesome deal. Now I am here to purchase again because of that great deal, but now I am adding on a new product which is the purifying facial peel gel.
