Can it also be use on fondant?

Yes, just very lightly brush a bit of water on the fondant before placing the image.

can it also be used for a 7 inch round cake?

No, the image is probably too big. The image only has an inch or less space from the edge of a 9x12 cake. They make the image for round cakes as well.

Can I also use this on a 12 in round cake? I want to know if it small enough to fit writing on one side. Or it be too big.

Yes, we can make that image into a 10" Round. If there isn't an option to select a 10" Round, once the order is placed, please click on contact seller and let us know directly.

How do I apply it ? I just place it on top of the cake and then peel the paper out ?

You will pull the backing off of the image and place it on your iced cake. We always include instructions in case you run into any trouble. Hope that helps!
