I keep these in my bag for when things get overwhelming (work stress, travel, social anxiety). The chewable tablets work quickly and help me feel calmer. They taste good too, which makes it easy to take as needed.

This product works well for my daughter, but I must warn anyone subscribing to it to be aware that most subscriptions seem to always be "delayed," usually not reported to you until the day that it is supposed to reach you. This is very hurtful, especially when there is a trip planned for right after it was supposed to be delivered. In my opinion, if you promise it will be there by a certain date, you should give a refund if it's not there in time!
