First time using a unit like this and it worked great to help heal chronic heal pain I’d been battling. Also have used it for recovery. Appreciate how easy it is to use. Sometimes the signal drops but overall it’s definitely worth it.

This device provided great pain relief until, shortly after purchase, it was eviscerated when the charging cord was gently removed. With the port and wires on the device’s exterior, it became useless. The seller was contacted. Proof of purchase was provided as requested. After that, radio silence—no further response whatsoever. Save your $200. Yeah, it feels good. But if it can’t withstand charging? Grab a TENS from CVS for less than 1/6 the price. It won’t have the fun Bluetooth aspect, but it will work—and if it doesn’t, you’ll be able to buy 5 more for what you spend on this device from a company that offers zero customer service when their devices fail when new. Additional edit: despite a dissatisfied review detailing issues and providing proof of sale, NO remedy or refund was offered. The Dot landed in the garbage after a handful of uses. I have EXTENSIVE experience with both TENS and electric stim used in physical therapy and chiropractic; I’ve been using TENS at home since it was cutting-edge new in the early 1980s, and have had higher stim in therapeutic environments. This device IS effective. But mine was faulty and I was offered NO customer support. If yours works well—great! Maybe you’ll be happier. I wouldn’t gamble on it.

PowerDot has been great for my needs and I like that the original/red sticky pads are long lasting, but I can’t say the same for replacement pads; the blue/replacement pads from my experience peel off easily, on clean skin, even though they are brand new out of the packaging (I have replaced pads twice and the experience has been the same).

I like to give credit where credit is due and also dispel any negative reviews this product may have received. I'm not affiliated with this company in anyway and purchased this product for my thigh and lower back pain due to a major leg injury and surgery. I also waited a few weeks before writing this review because I was initially skeptical. Let me start by saying this product is extraordinary and I use it every day. I found no functional issues whatsoever and connecting the App with the hardware has been seamless. It has been consistently reliable and without any issues. There may have been one instance when I opened the app before turning on the devices. This was easily resolved once I restarted the app. It generally detects the hardware almost immediately and this has been rarely an issue. The product offers a wide variety of preset massage, workout and pain relief programs within the app. They are amazing and offer highly targeted immediate relief. I've yet to try them all. In closing this has performed way beyond my expectations. Fully charged it lasts longer then expected and charges very quickly. It's a high quality product, exceptionally well made and very reliable. Highly recommend it.

It’s as described. I’m just slightly confused on how to use it as when I connect the pads it doesn’t work per se. I’m sure I’ll figure it out.

I bought this for Rheumatoid relief. I really really wanted this to be great. The design is wonderful and provides 3 TENS points per unit. The functionality easy to manage. The app navigation is imperfect but functionality is wonderful. It's portable and I can walk and hike with it and no stringy cables. But the reviews... Oh The reviews. Everyone of them says it disconnects from blue tooth. I thought to myself, self... You have the new iPhone on the latest update. It will be fine. This hardware is torturously flawed. It almost immediately disconnects and never reconnects. I need to turn off Bluetooth on my phone to get it to reconnect. Again, I thought to myself... Self... This device is so cool you can live with it. But I dropped 50 bucks on a self contained wired unit and it's Soooo much better. Aside from the facts it just works... The self contained unit has a better stimulation. At 300 bucks I just can't justify something I'm constantly fiddling with to keep it running. So I returned it. It desperately needs an update. USB-C, bigger battery, stronger reshaped magnets, updated app and I would pick up the 3.0. Here's hoping they reinvest.

My elderly mother has been using her Powerdot Duo and very happy to have less pain in her knees and back. One of the pods stopped working and she couldn't figure out why, I contacted Customer Support and they responded very quickly. However my young niece was able to go online and figure out what to do, and the pod started working again! So we ended up not needing help from Customer Support but we did appreciate their rapid response.

I rarely write a review, but I'm so happy with this gadget and has changed my life so much that I felt I had to share my experience here. I tore my Achilles tendon 6 months ago. At therapy, this type of unites have helped me tremendously. I wanted to have a TENS unit at hope, and liked the fact that this unit had bluetooth connection so I can handle it with my phone. I was worried it might not have enough punch. But Oh my!! this little units are great. I got the duo. I use it mainly for pain management around my injury, but also to build muscle on that side since it's a tricky area. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, I discovered you could use it to avoid clogs and manage inflammation on long haul flights, I gust recently used in a couple of flights, one was 12+ and battery behaved beautifully. I fully recommend it. My only advice if for potential users to understand that you'll have to buy pads to replace the ones it comes with, as they eventually loose their stickiness, this is normal with any kind of device like this. Hope it works!

Ich kenne so Geräte vor 10-20 Jahren aber da hat sich viel verbessert, mich voll überzeugt, auch mit der App. Was schlecht ist, nirgends gibt es aktuell die Pads zu kaufen.

It has been effective in relieving hamstring syndrome and cramp fasciculation syndrome. I'm amazed quite frankly. I have found the pads to be effective for much longer than the maker claims - I have been using the original pair for over 40 times and they remain effective with plenty of tacky substance still on the back. It may help that I'm female and have smooth hairless legs. I wish I understood more about the programs - what settings they are using, but PowerDot keeps it a mystery with vague descriptions like 'Wellness' and 'Focus On' but even so, the results are all very good. I recommend the PowerDot from my experience.

It helps a lot. It reduces the pain in the back or shoulders after a work out or just as a massage to relax the body.
