Snom320 Business phone Black

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews first, being very familiar with the product of which we have several. No problem at all with the phone, BUT NOWHERE DOES IT SAY YOU NEED A SEPARATE POWER SUPPLY! I would have been happy to buy one if I knew I needed to. Really Poor.

The Snom320 itself is a great VOIP fone - we use them exclusively in our office. However, this particular items DOES NOT COME WITH A POWER SUPPLY/ADAPTER.At no point in the advertisement does the product information state you will need a separate power adapter - why would anyone supply a phone without the plug???On that basis this item gets 2 stars - the Snom320 itself gets 5 in my opinion.

We use these throughout our office. Great VOIP phones. Please be aware that you do need to run these over a POE circuit, otherwise you'll find there's no power!

I would recommend any Snom VoIP phones for business. I have this one and the 800 series and they are fabulous. Just plug into your computer anywhere and use the phone. You will need a call provider but so much easier if you move office etc. All you need is a network connection.
