Can you use it with sprint?

No. I am sorry. This locked to Verizon. It can only be used on the Verizon Network.

It's the mobile phone of the original company

A renewed phone is almost never from the original company. It's usually just some guy wiping everything stored on a used phone -clean. However, you can probably trust that Amazon will refund or replace it if it doesn't work.

what version of android?

This should have the latest version of Android which is Oreo.

what number model of this phone?

I was sent an LG-G7710ULM... not what was expected and not allowing things like Google Pay to work.
