Not able to connect it. Its asking for security key or password. What is its password?

Very good product. It's been more than a year and it perfectly works. I installed it outside under the roof ( covered area where no water comes). Survived hot summer temperatures and also cold winter days. No issues at all. Just that the V380 app acts wiered some time. No cloud storage but my 32GB memory card solved that problem. I recommend it. I want another one, I wish I get it at the same low price again :-)

1. The document listing the installation steps is not clear and vague instructions are provided.2. The device fails to connect to my 2G router stating that it's out of network area even though i put the device on top of my router.3. The specs in Amazon say that the device is 128GB SD compatible - but the box limits the memory to 64GB.4. There is no Reset button - only 2 pin-holes and i do not know how on earth the makers expect me to press a button(if existing) inside that hole?5. The device makes annoying siren-noise the moment it's plugged-in which you can not stop in any way!Invest money in a good camera and secure your home with it - this is unreliable and cheap plastic junk!
