Recon Water Faucet

The Recon 360 Faucet is a great inprovement to the original faucet. The biggest improvement is a USB C charging port. The other major improvement is the rotating base to it is easy to manage the hose direction. It also has a stronger magnet.

Works great. Not too noisy. Magnet and rotation is a nice touch. Not an open faucet like some others, but holds back against water pressure as well, so you can mount the water tank above the faucet.

I'm a little torn on this "water faucet". On one hand it works well and seems to be a high-quality and well-made product. It's really convenient to pump the water from my recon ice chest, or from my water bottles while camping in our RV, but on the other hand I've owed very similar water pumps that worked equally as well as this one for a fraction of the cost of this one. Dometic products typically aren't cheap, but this one seems to be overly expensive for what it is. If price is not a factor for you, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product. It works, it's elegant, and it seems to be good quality. If price is a factor for you, then I think that there are others on the market that works as well as this one for significantly less money... they just may not integrate into the Dometic Recon system as well.

Got this for my Dometic cooler during camping trips. Battery powered pump makes it dead simple to get running water. The swivel tap is smooth, no kinking hoses, and two flow rates plus auto shut off save water on long trips. Charges via USB-C and pumps quite a bit per charge, which lasted a full weekend for us. The build feels durable. What's also great is that you don't need a Dometic cooler to use this pump. Been using it on every outing, works flawlessly.

Works great with our Recon 69L. The pump works for us for a couple days of heavier use before requiring recharging. Feels well made compared to our cheap offbrand pump. Buy once cry once. Shouldn't leave you in convinced. Tye hose is larger ajd better quality than less expensive options. No leaks or frustrations with controls. Haven't noticed issues with ice keeping for less time or anything. Another great Dometic product, well worth the price.

LOVE IT! Ive come to trust Dometic products. Theyre the perfect camping brand. Im in the process of building out a camper shell/tent, and this is the perfect addition. I like the portability of it. If I want it in the camper, I can do that. If I want to relocate it to another area, I can do it with ease. The pressure is great! I love that it has two different pressure modes as well. The light under the faucet is a nice touch as well. It comes with two different magnetic plates for the faucet to sit on. One is a circular dish that is the perfect fit. It keeps it solid in place. The other on is more of a square, and that is the one Ill use on a portable device. The only downside, which is common with battery-operated devices, is that it can't be used while charging. But it does seem to hold a charge pretty well. Lastly, the hose that it comes with is plenty long for most scenarios.

Fantastic little tap, I've got the 11l dometic hydration water jug, they work together just perfect, along with my membrane solutions gravity water system, a great combo for emergency and camping
