One of my favorite rings. And it’s adjustable so I can put it on any finger!

Extra metal??
I feel like my ring wasn’t “cut” and completed?? was really looking forward to wearing this but feel like I received an unfinished piece.. Is there anyway I can get a correct one? Stone is beautiful and I’m frustrated..
